“It was a good place to stay for a night. The front office lady was very warm and helpful. The room was cute. The continental breakfast was good. Muffins, yogurt, coffee, bananas. Simply but yummy. The outside of the building and the interior is a bit rough, but the room itself was very clean.”

“Okay for one night, but the doors are difficult to open. Had to switch rooms because someone behind the building was smoking weed and the smell was coming in through the air vents into our room. Dog friendly!!! Big plus.”

“Our third floor room has been fully remodelled and was quite lovely specially the bathroom. Breakfast is available for a modest fee but there is some room for improvement there. The pool area is inside and lovely but was very hot and humid on a 30 degree day. Overall a good value for an overnight stay.”

“Everything was great with our stay except the first night (Thursday) was karaoke night in the pub from 9pm until close, and our room was right above the pub. We were warned going in that it can be noisy, so we weren’t surprised. At least the one singer sounded a lot like Elvis! The other two nights were much quieter. Great location. Huge room.”

“PILLOWS SUCKED”

“We had a stylish and comfortable room with a balcony and view of the ski slope. It had a large soaker tub in addition to a nice size shower. Comfy bed and pillows. The breakfast was excellent with many hot choices (eggs, sausages, homestyle hash browns, delicious applewood bacon) as well as fruit, cheese, cold meat, pastries…! The host at the buffet, Lynn, was always friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay again.”

“I would stay again as this was affordable but if I was looking for a holiday or something special I would choose somewhere else. This place could be cleaner but for a good price I just accepted it and let the staff know my suggestions in the end.”

“No plates, glasses. Burn hole in quilt. No plug in sink, mold smell. Top sheet on sideways. Bedside light disconnects and one red light bulb.”
