“We loved our stay! It was the perfect location as we were visiting my son who goes to Umich. Walking distance to great restaurants and the amazing blank skate creamery is right across the street! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay again when we go back to A2. ”

“This was a clean, comfortable space in the perfect location. It was walkable to campus, downtown, and nearby to my favorite cafes, bookstores, and shops. I was able to cook in the kitchenette and relax in a way that was more homey than a hotel, and didn't need a car to get around. The Ann Arbor Fall Festival was steps away. Touring the Big House was a highlight of our weekend!”

“The hotel room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was disappointing as there was no way to keep the running to have constant ventilation. So we either were too cold by keeping the temperature low for constant air flow, or too warn by raising the temperature when we got too cold. Rather disappointing for an otherwise quality hotel”

“Our son is a new graduate student at U Michigan, and we needed a place to stay. This will be our "home away from home" until he graduates. I wasn't aware of the mini kitchen, the ability to rent appliances, which is awesome. Everything about it was outstanding. See you soon.”

Personale alla reception poco professionale e svogliato: invece di stare al desk è "spaparazzato" sul divano a guardare video al cellulare.
Non pensano minimamente ad informare il cliente che la pulizia della camera avviene ogni 4 giorni perchè scritto su uno sticker attaccato sul vetro del bagno. In altre strutture Hampton Inn all'arrivo il personale comunica al cliente che su richiesta è possibile avere la pulizia giornaliera della camera senza...
