Hotel vicino a Genesee Valley Greenway State Park -

“Motel con check-in tramite mail. Assicuratevi di avere un telefono funzionante perchè in caso di problemi dovete telefonare al gestore. Noi abbiamo dovuto chiedere aiuto ad altri ospiti per contattarlo in quanto dalle istruzioni ricevute non siamo riusciti ad entrare in camera. Detto questo il gestore è arrivato in pochi minuti e ci ha fatto accedere alla camera. ”

“No hot breakfast either morning, never mentioned a problem during checkin, just a sign each morning saying no hot breakfast.”

“Buon motel, camera spaziosa e abbastanza moderna, dotata di tutti i comfort. Colazione nelle aspettative, abbondante e con diversi tipi di muffin, tra le altre cose...ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo! non mancava proprio nulla.”

“No toilet paper, one single pillow, and the room smelled like the toilet was stuffed.”

“The cleanliness of this hotel was very questionable. The smell in the hallway was very mildew & the room we had smelled like cigarettes our whole stay , even the towels smelled. The bed had a huge deep dent in it & the blow drier was sticky. Nothing was clean about this place ”

“The hotel called and cancelled our reservation as we were pulling into the parking lot after check in time. They offered no help in finding an alternate reservation and when I asked to speak to the manager they hung up on me. Went inside the lobby, which smelled so strongly of weed it was almost unbearable. The staff behind the desk was visibily trying to avoid dealing with me, so I left. Only got a refund because Expedia’s customer service is good. The hotel never offered or initiated one ”

“In the top 3 all time of the worsest hotel I have ever seen. Horrible. Smell everywhere. Corridors and stairs not clean. Old and decrepit rooms”

“Kinda ghetto, loud slamming doors, major road noise from the main road all hours of the nights. Food near by is decent, extremely strong smell of cologne or what ever it is they use to mask smells or clean. Hot water was a little interesting. Took forever to heat up then got cold. Faucet in bathroom water was brown. Not sure what that was about but Hey for 50$ a night what do you expect. ”

“The room was clean but very small and in need of a wall repair. ”

“They were experiencing mechanical issues when I arrived, and said they had no hot water thru out the hotel. They said they would cancel my reservation due to this, which they didn't and I have been charged. I have had a hell of a time contacting customer service, and keep getting hung up on before I even get a chance to speak with anyone. I need to be refunded asap!”
