“Unfortunately my stay at this property was not a positive experience. Upon booking I was aware that there were stairs to the loft. What we were not informed of is that the stairs were a fire escape with an extreme incline. The stairs even shook when being used as well as the ninth step being higher than all the other stairs. My husband and I both felt it was a very unsafe situation and were not comfortable at all with the stairs. We had brought our dog with us, I had to carry my pup up and down...
