Situato proprio sulla riva del lago, questo piccolo cottage ha una delle migliori viste di Glass Factory Bay.

Park, nel disco circolare, che è condiviso con la casa vicina e cammina per il prato ben curato per la scalinata che porta alla casa ed essere accolti da splendidi giardini in vaso e una spettacolare serie di sole riflessa dal lago.

Aprire la porta al livello superiore in stile monolocale con cucina a vista, zona pranzo e camera da letto. Godetevi la vista sul lago dalla finestra dell'immagine.

Giù per la scala a chiocciola è la seconda zona notte con bagno aperto partizionato fuori in un angolo posteriore. Bagno ospita una doccia standup, l'utilità lavandino e commode. A piedi sul prato lungolago attraverso la porta al piano di sotto.

Il ponte è il centro di raccolta per questo piccolo cottage sul lago. Prendere il sole, barbecue sulla griglia a gas, gustare una cena in riva al lago, giocare una partita a carte, o guardare le stelle escono; questo ponte ospiterà tutto.

Vicino a Seneca Lake cantine, club campi da golf di campagna pubblica, fantastici ristoranti, o shopping a Waterloo Premium Outlet.

Everything at the property was as expected and we enjoyed the experience. Only small complaints were the number of bugs/mosquitos outside and the bed was a little soft for our liking. We loved the space and the view. Would recommend to anyone looking for a short getaway

It was a very nice property for a couple to stay in! Right on the water, the bed had a gorgeous view of the lake. The downstairs beds I think are more for kids — they are in a basement with concrete brick walls. Kitchen was fully stocked, bathroom was nice… the only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the Queen bed was definitely way too soft for our liking! And the downstairs wouldn’t be very nice for adult guests. Otherwise, wonderful for 2 people!

This little gem on the lake is in an outstanding location to help add variety to your vacation. Easy travel to hiking in the hills on the south end of the lake or a quick run up to Lake Ontario. Geneva is a great town with outstanding dining, parks, and trails.

We had a great stay for three days at the cottage. The location is absolutely beautiful, and the owners are very nice! The cottage was cleaned well too. We really loved our time here and plan to stay again!

Lovely location and cute little cottage but the bed in the living space should be a good sofa bed so guests have some place to sit. Bed was horribly soft. Other amenities were great. Paddle boat outside large window was filled with dirty water and did not present a good view.

This was such a perfect getaway. The cottage was so clean and the location was amazing. It was so beautiful and peaceful. It was really difficult to leave!! Highly recommend!!

If you are looking for a spot to explore the finger lakes region, this is a great spot. Easy access to the entire region and then you can come back to this clean quiet cottage and enjoy the gorgeous lake view from your deck. The gentle lapping waves will lull you to sleep at night. Wow! The view/private dock are incredible! The place is updated and beautiful, has everything you can need. The upstairs area is absolutely breathtaking. Downstairs is basically like sleeping in a basement. There was what seemed to be small black cat hair all over the clean sheets, pillowcases and bathroom floor/sink when we arrived so it wasn’t the cleanest property on arrival. The house itself is not very private, you are on top of the hosts and their neighbors-however, the host home is extremely respectful of your privacy and giving you your space! We very much enjoyed our time and the area is wonderful- a stones throw from all Geneva has to offer, you’re basically sleeping on the lake, and easy access to a marina for boat rental and great wineries and Port’s restaurant! We would come back for a short stay again!

I stayed at this cottage with my parents, my husband, and my dog for Labor Day weekend. It was perfect for our trip. We had a wedding at Belhurst Castle, which is only 5 minutes from the property. The cottage is right on the lake, so we could jump in for a morning swim or take out the paddle boat. The deck was big and had gates to keep our dog contained, so we all could sit out there and enjoy the view and the breeze. I would highly recommend staying here.

This place is awesome! Right on the water. You get your own boat dock. The owner and his family were great! Full helpful info on sites to see, places to eat, and where the fish are hiding. We had a wonderful stay here!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in the cottage. View is incredible, property is very nice. Bed was comfortable. We did have an issue with ants, black and sugar ants. There’s not a place to sit down and relax inside just the bed and kitchen table. We couldn’t get the stove top or oven to work. We just wanted to warm something up so wasn’t a big deal but if we planned on cooking a meal we couldn’t. Also, window air conditioner unit is very loud, woke me up everytime it turned on and off during the night. These issues were minor and we did enjoy our stay.
