  • Questa elegante casa sul lago si trova nel cuore del lago Seneca e si trova sulla strada del vino Seneca. Siamo vicini ad alcune delle migliori cantine e ristoranti che Ginevra ha da offrire. Minuti da HWS e un breve viaggio in auto a Watkins Glen. Appena rimodellato con splendide viste sul lago da ogni finestra che si affaccia sul lago. Questa casa ha tutto! All'esterno, offre due ponti con mangiare e rilassarsi per grandi gruppi, insieme a un bellissimo molo. Abbiamo cinque kayak, buca per il mais, un tavolo da ping pong all'aperto e una buca per il fuoco

    Lo spazio
    La casa è adornata con bellissimi pavimenti grigi in tutta la casa e tocchi di una moderna sensazione di vita sul lago. Una grande scala conduce a tre camere da letto matrimoniali e alla camera da letto matrimoniale king size di grandi dimensioni. Tutte le camere offrono tonalità oscuranti e stazioni di ricarica per il tuo convincere. Troverai il bagno principale, insieme al bagno principale al secondo piano. Abbiamo due Smart TV al piano principale. Uno si trova nel soggiorno e l'altro si trova in una stanza privata che offre un letto estraibile che può ospitare due. C'è anche una smart TV situata nella camera da letto principale. C'è un mezzo bagno al piano principale. La casa offre un ampio spazio cucina, che è aperto alla zona giorno che tiene tutti insieme, mentre cucinando e raccogliendo per i pasti, forniamo anche un Alexia, per il tuo piacere d'ascolto. Abbiamo una sala da pranzo separata che può ospitare fino a dieci. La casa è estremamente spaziosa con grandi finestre e porte in vetro dal pavimento al soffitto. All'esterno c'è un sacco di prato se si voleva fare un picnic o cucinare alla griglia. C'è una scala che ti porterà direttamente al molo per fare una nuotata o fare un kayak.
    La proprietà ha anche un cottage separato che viene affittato durante tutto l'anno. Questa casa e questo mazzo sono destinati esclusivamente agli ospiti che soggiornano nella casa principale. Il dock e i kayak sono uno spazio condiviso. Abbiamo un sacco di parcheggio situato nel vialetto e attraverso l'erba.

Great Lake front property

Clean and spacious house with an awesome spot on the lake. Sotting in the chairs on the dock was so peaceful (even in December in Upstate NY!). This place would be an awesome spot to stay at during the summer months with the dock, fire pit, and deck

Beautiful family home on the Lake

The property is very well kept. Great location after a family wedding in Geneva. The house was very well stocked with dishes and pans. The deck was full of furniture for lounging. Everything worked perfectly! Thank you.

Year three at Seneca lake

We had a great stay. We were a smaller group so everybody had their own room, including our 20 month old granddaughter. Unfortunately, we had a brutally hot heat advisory week. We made the best of it and were creative and creating shade Absolutely no problem reaching our host even though we had no reason to need help

Family fun in Geneva

This property was just as imagined from the listing, and was a great fit for our family with young kids (age 2 & 5) and my in laws. Very comfortable beds and seating and an added bonus was that the furniture was very well thought out, most nightstands had USB ports for easy electronic charging, and ceiling fans in the bedrooms were a wonderful perk. Plenty of space in the living room and comfortable seating for everyone, well stocked kitchen accessories made cooking easy. The bonus game room was a fun feature to check out. We loved the location in relation to the downtown Geneva area, there was lots of playgrounds and a great splash pad for the kids to enjoy. Communication with the property management was very prompt and were quick to fix a minor issue we encountered. Of all previous rentals through this app, this has been the best rental property management I’ve ever worked with! Looking forward to using this rental property again b/c of their impressive quality.

Amazing Stay!

This property was perfect for our getaway. It was clean, well stocked, and a perfect location. We lost power and the rental company was quick to respond and bring more lanterns. The overall communication was quick and accommodating. Great place!

Wonderful Getaway

Spotless and beautiful. The backyard is under repair due to deck needing reinforcement but being spring we fully enjoyed the deck and dock! My teens loved the decor and comfort of the beds! Location is a stones throw from town, Wegmans , and an awesome Craft Brewery aLICe ! My only advice is if you plan on cooking you will need basic things like olive oil, spices , foil… that said there were ample dishes , pots, and pans. Some rentals have a pantry but I fully respect and understand the ones that don’t ! We would go back in a heart beat. The kids even kayaked in the 50 degree sun !!!!

Lakeside Rental with a View

This was an amazing location to take the family on a mini -summer vacation! The house was beautiful and room enough for all of us. There were plenty of things to do on the water. My grandson spent 3 days fishing off the dock- we enjoyed staying here!

Really a great place to stay!

We had a wonderful time in Geneva, with Chris’ place as our base. Can’t ask for a whole lot more than this lovely rental, and I’ve never seen a more responsive owner than Chris and her crew. We had 2 small requests/concerns and both were taken care of within an hour. Clean as a whistle, well appointed, great location…everything you want while on vacation. Our only ‘dislike’ was that the room with the trundle bed really isn’t a bedroom…it’s a utility/laundry room with a bed, and is not very quiet. But that really was the only thing I could complain about! Definitely a place I would recommend or stay at again.

Beautiful Stay

The house is wonderful. We were quite pleased with the cleanliness and proximity to all things necessary. We do recommend looking into the shower head in the second shower (not in master). To a person who used it commented on how the water pressure and streams were very intense. Lastly 2 keys were supplied for 10 people. (5 couples) This took some coordination. May want to offer more. Thank you.

Great getaway on Seneca Lake

What a charming and picturesque retreat. The house was even nicer than pictured. It had all the amenities needed and we thoroughly enjoyed the peace and tranquility of this lake house. With great proximity, we explored the wonderful wineries and loved winding down our evenings by the camp fire. We would definitely recommend this house and area to our friends and family.

Beautiful, Very Clean Lakefront Property

Just as advertised. Very clean. Modern decor with all the comforts of home. Comfy mattresses, linens, pillows, extra throw blankets and extra pillows. Contact with owner easy, very responsive during stay. Kitchen fully supplied with dish ware, glassware, wine glasses for 10+, pots, pans, baking sheets, muffin sheets, cake pans, cooking utensils and decent knives for cooking prep. We used the toaster, blender and coffee machines. One Keurig machine with k-cups, creamer, sugar and tea bags for the kettle supplied. Bring your own ground coffee and filters for the drip machine. We drank the filtered water from the fridge, ice machine included too. Only one roll of paper towels provided, we brought additional. Plenty of toilet paper provided. We brought Lysol wipes and requested a spray bottle from the owner to keep things clean on a daily basis. Outdoor grill came in use for BBQ's and we loved the fire pit, we picked up more firewood (2 bundles were provided) and fire starter. Shower linens provided but bring your own outdoor towels for boating and swimming. Three smart TV's in living room, downstairs trundle bedroom and upstairs master were enabled with all the apps you could need for entertainment. Ports Cafe and Halsey Restaurant are highly recommended. Roy's Marina great for boat rentals. Be sure to visit the Seneca Lake State Park on the northern end and walk the path along the water, beautiful!! Outdoor happy hour there too at the visitor center. Stop by Belhurst Castle & Winery and Geneva On the Lake resort to just look around, beautiful properties! The owner of this property, Chris, has multiple other properties. With the heart and soul she puts into her homes, I would stay again and try out her other properties too on our next visit.

Perfect Getaway

Wonderful

We have vacationed in the finger lake area multiple times over the last 10 years and this was our favorite house. Very clean and comfortable. The layout of the house was great. It allowed us to always be together as a family. The kids absolutely loved the kayaks. We will be back for sure.
