A quiet ranch a short distance away from the main action this newly renovated vacation home offers a peaceful setting and all the amenities to make you feel at home!

Lakehouse Lagoon is located just between the east end of the famous Geneva-on-the-Lake Strip and Indian Creek RV Resort. You will have the entire home to yourselves inside and out.

Sunset Vacation Rentals is fully staffed with a property manager, housekeeping staff and maintenance crew.

Located in a residential neighborhood between the east end of the Geneva-on-the-Lake strip and Indian Creek RV Resort.

All guest receive 10% off Sunset Taxi services when picked up from a Sunset Vacation Rental property. Private tours are also available to visit local attractions and wineries.

Specifically for all Sunset Vacation Rentals guest street legal 6 seater golf carts are available for our guest to reserve and rent during their stay.

• Please clean up after your pet(s), both indoors and in the yard.
• Put any and all trash bags in the can outside.
• Pets are allowed in our units marked pet friendly only. A pet, or any evidence of a pet found on the property, that was not previously disclosed by charging you the pet fee and can result in immediate eviction. DOGS ONLY- maximum 2 dogs, unless previously authorized.
• Please note, this home is near Lake Erie, so you may encounter outdoor insects like spiders or mosquitoes. Refunds will not be issued due to area insects.

The kitchen had everything we needed. There is no table if you are wanting to play games. The back yard was nice and we enjoyed the fire pit. They could use a rack to hang clothes on. We would stay again.

Great place to stay

We loved the place. Only a couple of things, the floor was really dirty, our feet were black from walking around. But everything else was clean and fresh! Also, the coffee table had a bum leg. It was barely holding on. Guessing no one has reported it yet. Everything else was great! The book of info, even the Sunset transportation! We I’ll book again.

Great location, beautiful cottage

Location was great- far enough away from the business of the strip and close to the park. The cottage was beautiful inside and the bathrooms were great. The kitchen was well-stocked with dinnerware and cooking utensils/pots and pans. The home was located relatively close to the road and we did hear some traffic noise once the weekend became busier but this was minor. There was plenty of onsite parking, even for our boat. We always stayed at a hotel when we visited in the past and decided to change it up this time. It was great having our own kitchen to cook some meals and we enjoyed the patio as well. We plan on renting this place again the next time we return to GOTL.

Good location

Located a short distance off the highway is a good location to GOTL "boardwalk". House is open concept layout with bedroom with its own shower and fireplace feature at either end. Beds were comfy. Unfortunately the couch was uncomfortable and lumpy - hard to get out of.And the recliner needs to be replaced. Foot rest broken and call to property management brought the response " we'll look at it after you leave". Only other furniture in the living area were dining chairs. Fix the furniture issue and I'd recommend this place .

Very Clean, Great location!

Ad was misleading as both beds were Queen but very comfortable. Couch was not comfortable at all. Place was very clean and great location. Recommend decorations for the holidays and adding grill tools and add'l kitchen staples/cooking tools/pans. Very limited compared to other rentals we have stayed at. Overall great place. We really enjoyed it!

Very nice

Very nice place to stay, one of the best we have been to in our 10 years of traveling. One exception however. I don’t know what type of flying insects these were but they were absolutely everywhere they completely covered the house it was impossible to open doors with out them letting in. I guess we picked the wrong week! Other than that we plan on returning. Thank you

Anniversary Getaway with Friends

There were a lot of issues with this trip. The listing description wasn’t accurate stating there are 2 Bluetooth showers which there is only 1. They listed they have a whirlpool which they do not. The shared living space is uncomfortable as they provide you with a broken recliner chair (which has been broken for some time according to the comment book left by other guests) which leaves you with only 1 couch to seat everyone. The ice dispenser doesn’t release ice so there’s that. The floors were dirty when we arrived, we have dirt covered feet every evening from waking around inside. The best part is I had to contact management twice: once because of the slow draining showers which they did fix immediately & then because of these above listed issues & they never bothered to respond to me. I would absolutely not recommend staying at this location.

Clean, easy, golf cart rental recommended. Loved it as usual. Very nice that linens, towels, tp and extra paper towels were included. We have paid much more for much less...pleased

Great stay at Geneva on the lake

We enjoyed our stay very much here some things that could make it better would be luggage racks for your suitcase in the bedroom, especially considering there's no closet space… And other bathrooms are very nice and easy to access… There is no where to put your shampoo soap at Cetra in the showers And the ledge of some sort to be able to put a foot up and wash is much needed. Great open space…

Nice and clean!

We enjoyed our stay at your property. It was very clean the beds were comfortable and the kitchen fairly well stocked with utensils. There are two things that could be added to make a person's stay more enjoyable. A table large enough to gather around to play games and eat together and soap caddy in the shower to place your shampoo and soup while showering. Overall we would definitely recommend this property our family and friends.

Nice place!

Pretty easy access to the GOTL strip. Place was clean, modern, well furnished. Backyard is huge. We were traveling with my 5 year old and she loved having her own bedroom and bathroom. I am not a huge fan of barn doors. The bathroom barn doors don't have locks which makes keeping 5 year olds out a bit tricky, but that's the style these days right? Beds were ok. Kitchen/Living room area is gigantic. Lots of space in the common area in the middle of the house. Didnt get road noise at night.
