“The pool n hot tub was open clean n all to our self. The room was big with 2 chairs n a bench for sitting, the king bed was comfortable. Didn't like that you could hear the people talking next door n the dogs barking. Maybe they should place the people with the longer stays together, instead of placing the one nighter next door. The breakfast is the same as anywhere else buffet style. ”

Pros:Close to plenty of tastings and restaurants in town, 1-5 minute drive to most places in geneva.Place is very clean, one of the cleanest I've stayed in.Host communication was very good.Comfortable bed and pillows.Cons:50 feet from a main highway.Small and tight driveway.Right next to frat houses, could hear their music until 9 pm.Small shower.No microwave.Bed is in the main living area.Unit is not made for multiple couples. “Very clean older home lovingly restored. A few quirks (example one step was a few inches longer that was unexpected), a mix of modern and old charm. The location is across from an ice cream/grill - we didn’t try it but did try the bbq place recommended by the host and it was delicious. We were pleasantly surprised to see our host provided eggs, bagels, oatmeal, waffles (freezer) and snacks. We selected the main bedroom which had plenty of space. The bathroom had the basics plus other items...
