La zona non e' bellissima,e' frequentata da gente poco raccomandabile.Poi dentro l'hotel c'era sempre un fortissimo odore di cucina,non proprio piacevole

Ottima struttura, in posizione strategica per raggiungere i principali punti di interesse della città. Pulizia delle camere e cortesia del personale. Al nostro arrivo ci è stata anche fornita una tessera per l'uso dei mezzi pubblici locali in modo completamente gratuito valida per tutta la durata del soggiorno.

Awesome place to enjoy a weekend in Geneve. Lovely personnal as the place. I deeply reccomend to try the hotel's restaurant as it's traditional and tasteful as well. Wish you a pleasant stay!

Hotel caratteristico, in ottima posizione, buon ristorante, camere vecchie da rivedere, cuscini scomodissimi. Prezzo alto in rapporto alla qualità.

Caratteristico
Pulizia eccellente e hotel molto curato. Da provare anche il ristorante all interno. Unici nei: il letto matrimoniale in realtà è poco più grande di un letto singolo quindi un po’ scomodo per 2 persone e la colazione 18 CHF è abbondante ma cara.

Letti molto comodi, posizione centrale.
Hotel molto carino, in tipico stile alpino. La camera che ci avevano dato era al primo piano e si affacciava sulla piazza principale, nonostante questo abbiamo trovato che fosse comunque molto silenziosa. Bagno pulito, cosi come lenzuola, salviette e resto della camera. Ottima scelta di piatti caratteristici nel ristorante, col soggiorno ci hanno offerto uno sconto del 50% sulla colazione (non compresa) e uno sconto del 15% se avessimo voluto cenare. In generale lo consiglio vivamente, l'hotel si trova in una posizione molto comoda per visitare la città, pur non essendo inserito in un quartiere molto attraente.

Loved the decor, nice touches in the room to feel traditional Swiss. Location is excellent, literally around the corner from the lake. Had self-controlled AC.

Charming Swiss vibe close to everything in the city. Loved the authentic fondue experience at the restaurant. Train station is a 10minute walk.

The upgrade to the larger suite was lovely, plus birthday surprises as well. The dinner in the restuarant was superb, and everyone should do the fonsue cooking lesson, so much fun and cheese.

Room was clean and inviting. Linens in excellent condition. Water and chocolates placed in side table for us. Sofa bed was made up, ready to use which was very much appreciated. Would recommend hotel.

Accueil très sympathique. Chambre petite mais confortable et bien équipée. Décoration montagnarde chaleureuse. Dans la chambre, on quitte la ville pour se retrouver dans une ambiance typique des sommets. Hôtel proche du lac à pieds. Pas de parking sur place.

This property has really nice decor, cozy ambiance and staff were very helpful. Room and bathroom were very clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathrooms are modern but small. If you are tall, the shower in our room would not have worked for you. This varies by room as our second room, the shower height was fine. Restaurant food and service was very good. Location was convenient to the lake but it was loud outside at night as there is a pub open until 5am near by. We heard people screaming outside on the street at 3am. Also, you can smell the cheese fondue throughout the reception - if you are sensitive to smells or not a fan of the smell of cheese, this will bother you. The elevator is also very small but this is common in Switzerland. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Swiss gem near the lakeside
A really lovely cosy hotel a skip from the lake. Fantastic restaraunt with live music to accompany the meal. A one man umpa band including a giant horn extraveganza. Nice breakfast too.

Aunque el hotel estaba parcialmente vacío nunca nos hicieron el upgrade de habitación. Tampoco nos dieron la botella de vino. Y lo peor de todo es que no hicieron la limpieza. Cuando regresamos de pasear, el cuarto estaba como lo dejamos antes de salir. Si entraron a la habitación pues dejaron unos chocolates, pero no tendieron las camas, ni limpiaron el baño. Muy mal. No regresaría nunca más. No lo recomiendo.

Excellent experience!
I stayed at Hotel Edelweiss for a weeklong business trip and would highly recommend it! The room was well designed, very clean, and comfortable, the location was great for walks to the Christmas market along the lake, but the best part was the staff (especially Fritka), warm, hospitable, and very helpful (from providing directions to an umbrella). Thanks for everything!

The room was large and the bathroom was nice and clean. We were able to walk around without any safety concerns. the parking was a bit challenging, but we managed ok. It's a short walk to the train station.

Lovely, clean room and kind staff. Bottle of wine as a welcome gift very appreciated. Lively Swiss restaurant in the hotel is a good place to have a fondue and listen to an alpenhorn
