    Un 1950 ranch, ben arredate con stile vintage!

    Situato a sud-est di I90 a Ginevra, Ohio, nel cuore del paese del vino Grand River Valley, questo spazioso 4 camere da letto, 2 bagni ranch casa ospitare comodamente 8 persone. Circondato da vigneti, The Retreat Vigna è l'ambiente di campagna ideale per facilitare la propria anima.

    Picnic sotto il padiglione tetto di lamiera rustico o trascorrere la serata si sono riuniti intorno al pozzo del fuoco nel cortile sul retro.

    L'open space di questa casa consente l'interazione tra le aree di cucina, sala da pranzo e soggiorno; nessuno bloccato in cucina manca tutto il divertimento! Il soggiorno dispone di un bel camino in pietra arenaria; perfetto per il curling con un buon libro o ricordi con la famiglia e gli amici.

    Tutti e quattro camere da letto sono arredate con gusto per complimentarmi con l'unicità della casa. Il costruito nel credenze, cedro allineati armadi e rivestimenti per pavimenti d'epoca tutti a creare il fascino di questa proprietà.

    Fate una passeggiata al vicino Laurello vigneti o un breve tragitto in auto per le zone degli altri premiati cantine ... siete nel cuore di Grand River Valley! Saluto!

Perfect location

We loved our stay here. The house is just as it looks in the pictures. Everything was so clean. The location in relation to Geneva is perfect, and walking next door to the winery was the best part. Would definitely stay here again.

2024 D Day Reenenactment

Loved the size and openness of the home. Location was perfect. 25 minute commute to Conneaut for the D Day Reenactment. Very clean and in a quiet setting. Would definitely rent again.

Perfect Place!

We had a group of 8 friends that wanted a weekend getaway. This was more than accommodating and we loved the location close to everything. The open concept worked well too and we enjoyed playing games at the huge table!

Girls Trip

We stayed for a girls weekend. It was clean, spacious and a perfect location to get around to other wineries and restaurants. There was also a winery right next door. There was a nice outdoor area to sit outside. Would recommend!

Great Experience

We enjoyed staying in this house. It is clean, updated, and has a great floor plan. There is a huge backyard area, which is perfect for bonfires and cookouts. As a bonus, it sits next to Laurello’s winery. We shall return!

Great location & Beautiful Home

We loved our stay, we even made smores in the back. It was perfect for our family. There was a really bad odor upon arrival. We purchased candles and left the windows open from check-in til bedtime and it was fine.

This property is perfect for a family get away in wine country. The living area is all open so no one gets left out of the action in the kitchen. Plenty of closet space, good water pressure in showers. The only drawback was the plastic mattress covers. Perfect for a group/larger family

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was in a perfect location as we were visiting family who live in the area. The two bathrooms were great because we brought along our two teenage grandchildren. The house was perfect for family to visit. We enjoyed a backyard fire two nights. I did not have to worry that we were bothering neighbors outside. My dog had a large yard and enjoyed our walks around the propery. Furniture was very comfy. The large table was great. The house was spacious. The only negatives would be that we had mice. Talking to family many have had a problem this year. Owner sent maintenance immediately with traps. We caught two. Maintenance man was very nice and friendly. The washer/dryer was a big plus for me. The kitchen lacked in a few necessities and the pans were not in great shape. We do tend to cook more than problem the normal vacationer. There were plenty of dishes, cups, and wine glasses. But really minor inconveniences. I would not hesitate to rent again when we travel with extra folks. We enjoyed yummy pizza and wine next door. It was so nice to just have to walk across the yard. This propery is definitely one of the best that we have stayed at. So roomy and such a pretty property.

Great Stay

Great place for 4 adult couples to get together to drink wine, hit GOTL, drink more, sit around the fire, visit other wineries, drink more, listen to live music, catch up on old stories.....and drink. Thank you Laurello Family for a convenient weekend home getaway.

Wine weekend

We loved the location of this great property! Listening to music at Laurello in the back yard was perfection. The beds are somewhat uncomfortable, but that was truly the only downside to this little gem.

This is our second visit here. Great for 6 ladies gathering to cook, eat, drink and relax once a year. Comfortable retro house. Nice outside area next to a winery. Many nice wineries nearby.

great location just needs a few things

The house is great! Beds were comfortable, loved the open floor plan, bathrooms/shower were good, and loved the fire pit. We also loved being close to the winery and listened to the bands from the back yard! However, the grill is not usable and could use a few more things in the kitchen (bowls, strainer, kitchen towels) We had a great weekend visiting the many wineries in the area, going to geneva on the lake, and hanging out at the house in the evenings! Thank you!

Our home away from home

We have stayed three times at this property. It is so cute and very clean. The firepit is one of our favorite things. The best location near all of the wineries. We will definitely stay again!

Katie’s Bachelorette!!

It was such a fun location! There was a vineyard right in the back yard that made for a gorgeous sunset! It was close to the beach, and fun restaurants and wineries, but also had a nice fire pit in the backyard and comfy living room if you wanted to stay in!

Not Clean

We were greeted by a mouse who was stuck in the sink and couldn't get out. There were mouse dropping on the counter and even behind the microwave. There were several excuses, they did send the maintenance person to remedy the situation however this was not an isolated situation. The house was not clean. The washer was full of sand and even had a tooth flossing instrument left in it. There were water bottles found under the beds. I wonder what we paid the cleaning fee for. We left the place cleaner than we found it. I would not recommend this place.
