Guest Bedroom – Cozy and Comfortable

The 2nd guest bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and a Roku TV, creating a cozy and inviting space for a restful night’s sleep.

Third bedroom also has a queen size bed, roku tv and attached full bathroom with shower/tub combo and a window with a limited lakeview.

Fully Equipped Kitchen – Modern and Functional Open Concept with a 10 ft. island

The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to prepare meals, including an electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with an ice maker. This condo also boasts a wine cooler. A Keurig and traditional drip coffee maker, toaster, cookware, bakeware, glassware, and dinnerware for six provide all the essentials for a seamless cooking experience.

Living and Dining – Breathtaking Lake Views

The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas showcase spectacular lake views, filling the space with natural light. Condo #102 is on the main level of a five-story, two-elevator serviced building. The Vista has its very own private beach with a fishing pier, indoor pool, & exercise equipment in the main lobby. Unit and building is limited handicap accessible.

Lake Erie Vista condominium complex was built in 2011 offering luxury and tranquility right on the shores of beautiful Lake Erie. `The Vista` has two elevators & ramp access to its very own private beach with a fishing pier. There is also an indoor heated pool & exercise equipment at the main lobby-both open for use 8a-8p.

Property and unit is manned by keypads and security cameras.

The Village of Geneva on the Lake it is a short drive or bike ride to `The Strip` with unique shops, bars, wineries, & restaurants. The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities such as fishing, charter boat fishing, hiking, and other fun attractions. The Spire Institute is 15 minutes away. Visit the many restaurants, wineries, parks, & covered bridges within Ashtabula county. We also offer winery tour shuttles.

The place was absolutely beautiful! It was close to wineries and we loved the view.. there were 6 of us and we enjoyed the space to just sit and catch up. We would love to go back!
