A unique, quiet home a short distance away from the main action this newly renovated vacation home offers a peaceful setting and all the amenities to make you feel at home!

Joe`s Bungalow is located just between the east end of the famous Geneva-on-the-Lake Strip and Indian Creek RV Resort. You will have the entire home to yourselves inside and out.

Sunset Vacation Rentals is fully staffed with a property manager, housekeeping staff and maintenance crew.

Located in a residential neighborhood between the east end of the Geneva-on-the-Lake strip and Indian Creek RV Resort.

All guest receive 10% off Sunset Taxi services when picked up from a Sunset Vacation Rental property. Private tours are also available to visit local attractions and wineries.

Specifically for all Sunset Vacation Rentals guest street legal 6 seater golf carts are available for our guest to reserve and rent during their stay.

During your stay, we ask that you please:

• Do not use hair dye of any kind.
• Do not use bath linens to clean up any messes or spills.
• Pet owners – please refrain from allowing pets on furniture or bedding.
• Please clean up after your pet(s), both indoors and in the yard.
• Put any and all trash bags in the can outside.
• Pets are allowed in our units marked pet friendly only. A pet, or any evidence of a pet found on the property, that was not previously disclosed by charging you the pet fee and can result in immediate eviction. DOGS ONLY- maximum 2 dogs, unless previously authorized.
• Please note, this home is near Lake Erie, so you may encounter outdoor insects like spiders or mosquitoes. Refunds will not be issued due to area insects.

The house was great may I offer a few suggestions. Paint a yellow line on the step from entrance room to kitchen area many times people caught their foot or actually tripped it would help also maybe add ceiling fans in bedrooms upstairs to add in cooling.

Great except the fold out couch

Overall, we had a great stay. It was a nice little house for a girl's weekend in wine country. Nice and clean, updated, big yard with a nice fire pit and porch areas. My ONLY complaint is the fold out couch. I volunteered to take the couch with another girl to prevent fights over bedrooms. When I went to go to sleep (I was the last to go to bed) the couch folded in on us and would not stay down. The whole back portion of the couch lifted off the floor. Luckily, I had another girl coming up for the second night who could bring me an air mattress, however I laid the seats down in the back of my Jeep Wrangler and slept there the first night. To say I was unhappy is an understatement! One other note, the spiral staircase is a little rough if you're tall. There is a secondary staircase though, so it was not a big deal!

Great for the strip and excellent taxi service

The house was perfect for our needs, we had a group of friends go for a low key bachelorette weekend. We were worried about the spiral staircase at first but we mastered it and there’s outside steps that access the top rooms also. Taxi service was easy to reach, fast, and knew the area very well. Just minutes from the strip, quiet setting with a great outdoor patio to hangout on. If I had any questions for the owner they responded very quickly. Access code for the door made it a breeze to check in, and check out instructions were easy. Served all of our needs for a fun weekend away
