    La spaziosa casa è molto confortevole, calda e rilassante con 5 camere da letto, 4 camere da letto al 2 ° piano e 1 camera da letto al primo piano. 2. 5 bagni.

    Il tuo padrone ha 1 letto matrimoniale. Ha il proprio bagno extra-large con una lussuosa vasca da bagno con idromassaggio e doccia, zona toilette privata e ampi armadi a piedi. La seconda camera da letto ha 2 letti singoli belli e confortevoli. La terza camera da letto ha un ampio letto matrimoniale e la TV La quarta camera da letto ha elegante divano letto con un letto estraibile sotto (letto estraibile di dimensioni doppie). La sala al piano superiore ha un bagno completo con vasca / doccia. La 5a camera da letto (giù per le scale al 1 ° piano) ha un comodo letto a castello accanto a un bagno 1/2.

    Ginevra è una destinazione turistica popolare con la sua posizione panoramica lungo il fiume Fox e numerosi negozi e ristoranti. Esiste un ampio sistema di piste ciclabili a Ginevra che include parti del Fox River Trail e dell'Illinois Prairie Path. Ginevra ha una società storica attiva, il Centro di storia di Ginevra, situato nel centro di Ginevra, nonché il mulino a vento Fabyan, un vecchio mulino a vento olandese risalente al 1850. Nel 2013 è stato nominato dalla Bloomberg Business Week come il posto migliore per crescere un bambino in Illinois. La proprietà Pristine si trova a 1/4 di miglio a ovest dei comuni di Ginevra, dove ci sono molti negozi e ristoranti. The house is in a terrific neighborhood, very convenient to food markets and to our work site near Wasco. The rooms are spacious, A/C worked great, and everything was super-clean!! Particularly loved the linen closet stuffed to the ceiling with clean white towels!! There was a terrific thunderstorm one night right as we were getting ready for supper, and we lost power for 2 hours. We were thankful for the gas stove, and for the votive candle display we found.

Perfect spot

We were in the area for our daughter's wedding, and this was the perfect spot for our "base camp." The girls were able to get ready here; we enjoyed having some time in the evenings to relax with other family from out of town. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Right spot and plenty of room

Worked well for 6 adults and 2 small children. Had two extra bedrooms that were not utilized. Laundry, kitchen eating and family room plenty of space and essentials for all.

Geneva Family Gathering

Great location and plenty of room for family to gather. 5 bedrooms provide various sleeping arrangements and options. The house is cluttered with items in the closets, laundry room, and cupboards not very organized, but it had all the necessities for our visit. Enjoyed the large living room/kitchen area for family to play games and hang out.

Great location

The house was very close to everything like restaurants and other shops. The functions that we attended were very close as well. We didn’t feel comfortable with the leftover food in the refrigerator and the random pieces of clothing in all of the closets. It just felt like someone lived there and they would walk in at any minute.

We were disappointed due to the property's condition and will not return, and do not understand the 10/10 reviews. We would not have felt comfortable hosting family events there. The cabinets and closets were cluttered. There were odd articles of clothing and random household goods in the closets, which made it difficult to upack in any reasonable manner-- and there was almost no space for our items in the bathrooms. The bathroom floors were not fully clean as they were sticky in places. The master bath's counters and shower area were overloaded with samples of soaps and lotions and hygiene products from other guests or other hotels. There was a can of ant, roach, and spider killer on the kitchen counter which was a bit unsettling. On a positive note, the A/C and the hot water worked well and the refrigerator was at least cleared out. We could recommend the property it it were professionally cleaned and managed, and it really needs to be decluttered.

#1 Owners never disclose their list of house rules until 2 days before arrival. House rules must be agreed upon before they give you access to house. Multiple odd house rules. Outdoor cameras---house rules state that if outdoor cameras are turned off they have the right to enter the property at any time. Requested the names of all people staying at house or they wouldn't give you access to house, not just the person who is the responsible party who rented the house. In my opinion this was none of their business. I've been using VRBO for years and have never been forced to agree to so many odd house rules. Keep in mind they DO NOT disclose these house rules until 2 days before check in---makes it impossible to find another VRBO. These are just a few of the strange last minute house rules that you must agree to before the give you access to the house. All of their house rules should have been disclosed BEFORE Overall cleanliness----Start with the front door, the handle and parts of the door where you put you hands was dirty. Fridge was dirty and still had food in it from previous renter. Multiple light switches were filthy and the paint on the wall surrounding the light switches was filthy. Kitchen floor had large stains on it in several places. It seemed like the owners still live in this house unless someone rents it. Clothes in the closets, personal hygiene products in the bathrooms--just a very odd and dirty situation. Definitely the strangest VRBO I have ever rented

Great location

We enjoyed staying in Geneva for a family wedding. The house is in an adorable neighborhood in a great location. We are grateful that we found a home if enough to accommodate our large family. The only thing that made us a bit uncomfortable was the fact that it felt like we had to tip toe around the owner’s items throughout the home. There were clothes, leftover food containers, make up etc. in the home during our stay. The owners were kind in saying that anything there was available to use. However, we just felt it difficult to keep our things separate with so much clutter. Overall, a nice stay and we had a wonderful time.

Comfortable and convenient.

The house was perfect—just the right size and close to everything. Our son was in town so that our extended family could meet our granddaughter for the first time, and we were able to host all who stopped by easily and comfortably.

A visit with Grandkids

This property has plenty of room for our family visit. The neighborhood is lovely and was close to stores, movie theaters and close enough for us to visit the Brookfield Zoo and the Morton Arboretum.

Comfortable home in great neighborhood

Spacious home with 5 bedrooms, 2 full baths + 1 half bath. Very well supplied bathrooms and lots of towels and throws. Excellent kitchen, well supplied with utensils and pans and dishes. Lots of extras in cabinets like spices had we wanted to cook a lot. Close to shopping and to walking/jogging path.Cable TV; comfortable couches. Clean.Safe neighborhood with ponds and parks.
