Un sacco di spazio per distendersi in un ambiente rilassante a pochi passi dalla strip.

Sii uno dei primi ospiti a soggiornare in questo magnificamente ristrutturato Ginevra sulla Lake Home. Non accontentarti di soggiornare in una piccola cabina angusta che si trova proprio sopra i vicini della porta accanto ... avere un po 'di spazio per distendersi e rilassarsi sia all'interno che all'esterno.
Questa casa ha subito un rimodellamento da cima a fondo dentro e fuori, che è stato completato poco più di un anno fa. L'intera casa è stata decorata con un moderno / contemporaneo con accenti sulla spiaggia. Il risultato è uno degli affitti più belli e più aggiornati nell'area di Ginevra sulla Striscia di Lago che troverai a questo prezzo.

La stanza nella foto che non ha mobili ora include un tavolo da cucina per 6 posti, e una seconda area soggiorno con divano letto estraibile e smart-tv.

Questa casa si trova a soli 400 metri dalla striscia, posizione ideale nella più antica città balneare dell'Ohio e capitale della cantina. Eddie's Grill, azienda produttrice di birra GOTL, e le molte classiche macchie sulla striscia. Avrai tutte le comodità di essere sulla strip ma il conforto di avere una casa piena (non un condominio!) e la privacy di 1 ettaro e un appartato cortile alberato per creare alcuni ricordi da falò.

Il Geneva on the Lake Township Park si trova a meno di un chilometro e mezzo da casa e offre viste spettacolari, aree picnic, un parco giochi e servizi igienici.
avere questa risorsa a pochi passi è un fantastico bonus per questa proprietà.
Inoltre, il campo da golf Geneva on the lake si trova letteralmente a poche centinaia di metri attraverso i boschi dietro la nostra proprietà, quindi puoi portare i tuoi club e camminare fino al campo da golf!

Best place we have stayed in GOTL!

We had such an enjoyable stay for our yearly, weeklong GOTL vacation! The spacious accomodations, ice cold A/C, comfortable beds/furniture and pleasant decor made us feel instantly at home. The covered front porch, back deck and large yard made for lots of fun outdoor time for our family as well! We als appreciated the little details like the bag of ice in the freezer and the pile of wood by the fire pit so we didn't have to go get our own. The property owner was very nice and helpful and we could not have enjoyed our stay more! We will definitely be staying here again!

GOTL Bike Weekend

The property was very clean and decorated with taste . Nice location, easy accessible. Only thing is the garage could use a cleaning ,it was nice to have since we had rain to keep the bikes dry . We were very satisfied with everything that was included in our stay !

Girls weekend

House was very clean and quaint and decorated very cute. I would only have one recommendation to add a few more mirrors throughout the house. There was only one in the bathroom and that was challenging with 7 women.😊 I would stay at this property again.

Good Location

The house was located less than a mile from all the action of the strip. It was such a nice walk. The house was very nice and pretty large with two living areas, two bedrooms, one bathroom and a kitchen. I really appreciated basic household items being available to us because I’ve stayed in places where you’re solely responsible for things like toilet paper, garbage bags, hand soap, etc so I was happy that was provided to us. The check-out instructions were very easy. The only thing I would change about the property is to add more mirrors in the house. There was only one mirror in the whole house and with 6 girls staying it was inefficient and clustered.

A cozy stay

The house is quaint and cozy, but has an odd layout and one needs to be mindful of steps between some rooms. The location is tucked off of the main road but still close to everything there is to do, which made it perfect for our girl’s weekend.

Cute house with great location

We had such a great time, it’s a perfect walking distance from the strip! Very spacious for 8 people! The only complaint we have was there wasn’t really any cleaning supplies, so if we spilled something the only thing we had to use was a swiffer wet jet. The pull out beds were slightly uncomfortable, so we went and bought an air mattress. Everything was amazing. We had trouble with the lock at first, but the property owners answered so quickly and really helped us out. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Vacation

Unfortunately I should have asked a out handicap accessibility. I was hurt in an accident & needed to be in a wheelchair. The side entrance was ok but a big step up into the home was difficult for family to get me in . Also the back deck had a big step off the gate that was difficult. A handicap ramp & hand rail in shower would have been helpful. This was something I forgot to ask so my family made it all work. We enjoyed our stay very much & the home was lovely. We will definitely stay here again.

Little getaway.

Interior was very roomy and clean. Kitchen was well appointed except for the coffee situation. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck in the morning and creating a fire in the fire pit in the evening. Although the home was within walking distance to the strip, about a quarter mile, it was further than we wanted to walk, so we drove to the strip and parked. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed going to Breakwater Beach at Geneva State Park and visting several wineries to enjoy local wine. Also enjoyed live music at Sporterz as well as yummy burgers and salads. Mary's has a great breakfast. Things that could have been better: no dressers to store clothing- had to leave everything in suitcase, very stuffy at night, no K-cups as promised and the only other coffe maker only made 2 cups at a time. In the afternoon/evening, we liked to sit on front deck, but there were so many dead bugs and spiderwebs we had to broom it off first. If we stayed here again, we would bring a few box fans, and a pop up shelter for the back deck, as well as a normal size coffeemaker. We drink too much coffee for a Keurig to be practical. The house served us well for our mini vacay, and we would stay here again.

Be cautious

Pricing for Demographics and locations is key to what you get inside and outside & are two major issues with this VRBO home. A VRBO should not make a person feel uncomfortable when arriving as this one did around the exterior for us.

We had a wonderful time and really like the location. The rain kept us from using the backyard but we love the option to have a fire and relax at night. We had everything we could possibly need. All of us agreed we would most certainly rent again if available.

Very clean and convenient.

We came up during covid. It was over Tha ksgiving and definitely out of season, so we did the covered bridge tour. Would like to come back in the summer.

Relaxing get away

Clean property in quiet neighborhood. House could use a few foot stools around sofas for more comfort when watching TV. The beds were comfortable, shower pressure great, and all the kitchen supplies plus. Great place to relax and enjoy hiking trails, parks, and lake. Plenty of wineries around as well.

Very roomy and quiet. Had an awesome time.

I have stayed here the last 2 years. Automn is very nice and gets back to you very quickly. The house is very roomy. The dining area has a nice big table and goes into a family room with couch and tv. (It is the picture with no furniture in the room, it is very nice) Bedrooms are also great. The pull out beds are uncomfortable, so my friends just slept on the couches. Besides that it is a great place to rent. It is close enough to the strip to walk. I will definitely stay there again and am very sad I was to late to get it for next year. You will definitely enjoy your stay.

Beautiful clean house!

The house was very updated , large and beautiful. The backyard is great for a fire and cookout. The renter was knowledgeable and very sweet with answering all of my questions. We stayed two nights and absolutely loved every part of it. It's alittle farther from the strip then we expected initially but besides that no complaints. I would definitely book this house again!

super cute, clean and walking distance to the end of the strip. Triangle Bar was close:) Only problem there was only 2 mirrors and 4 women. But we managed. I'd stay there again.

I’m surprised I’m the first one with a negative review but honestly, this place was not what I expected. The listing said “steps from the strip”, it was more like a ten minute walk to the strip which is okay but just a bit misleading. The neighbors are much closer than the post made it seem as well. The grass wasn’t cut and the weeds were long and overgrown in the yard. The TV wasn’t mounted in the living room and was literally just resting against the wall. A bit of a safety hazard having our toddler with us. NONE of the windows had curtains and only a few had blinds. The living room which is right off of the Main Street has nothing on the windows... very creepy and not pleasant if that room is being used for sleeping. There were spiders/webs everywhere... especially in the bathroom! The absolute worst part is the poorly finished flooring! There are bubbles and slopes throughout the floors and it is SOOOOO loud. Like wake everyone up in the whole house loud. Same with the beds! Not at all comfortable and extremely noisy. This place would be great if these issues were addressed. It has such great potential!
