“Our stay was okay, but a few small details could be improved. The studio wasn’t on the highest floor as expected, there was no hand wash, and only half a roll of toilet paper was provided. These simple touches would make a big difference, especially for families travelling from afar.
We were also asked to cancel our unrefundable booking, which caused some confusion, and check-in instructions were not sent 24 hours in advance, making arrival less smooth.

“Clean and nice rooms but there is no lobby or check in desk, everything is digital. If u want something u have to what’s app them. Second bedroom is v small. Water heater switch is in the living area and we didn’t know so we showered with cold water the first day. There was no handsoap in the bathroom which they gave us later. Overall a good stay but little far from main Genting area and activities. U have to either walk 10 min ( uphill) or take a grab which takes min 10-15 min to arrive. ”

“Hi following are my observation and comment for improvement:
1. The masterbedroom door need to be fixed. Cannot open from inside the room. Knob mechanism not working.
2. TV box not fuctioning properly.
3. The room floor is not clean. Dust and hair strands can be found everywhere in the unit.
4. Washing machine was leaking water continuously. We had to clear the water using cloth. No broom or mop in the room.
5. Insufficient utensils.
The unit is not well maintained in general. I will not...
