“The hotel is in a good location and the room that we had was very spacious. The buttett breakfast has a good selection to choose from. However there were some issues that the hotel had. During our 4 nights that we stayed 1 of the 2 lifts was out of order, the spa in the swimming pool area was out of order, the vending machine in reception was out of order and the heated swimming pool was only luke warm. “The flat was clean. The bed and lounge suites were comfortable. We had a problem with the tv remote which was resolved quickly. Plenty of hot water. Wifi was fine. Finding our flat was a bit of a puzzle until we found our way around. We needed to use a lift and there is a secondary car park area with another lift which confused us. Check in was quick.
