“My room had a lot of patched holes with no paint, the ceiling of the bathroom had mold on it that needed to be cleaned and primed/painted. I had to wait 15min for someone to come up to the counter for checking out, rang the bell twice.”

“Descent place to stay”

“The breakfast selection was varied and kept fresh and warm. The property is undergoing a complete renovation, but the open areas were kept clean and devoid of construction debris. Some of the amenities were missing due to the ongoing renovation, but having stayed at this property in the past, I’m sure they will be replaced once renovations are completed.”

“This place definitely needs a major makeover. The room was subpar, and we ended up staying somewhere else. The staff was welcoming & understanding.”

“There was body fluids on the head rest, brown substances on the floor in the bathroom and sticky stuff on the floor. The staff referred us to use Expedia. We used Expedia we verified payment but Expedia did not send notification of payment to property. It took hours to be able to gain acess to the rented room. But first Expedia attempted for us to pay for an Uber to drive me and my family to another hotel and be reimbursed later they also got into a verbal altercation with the property...

“It’s a great place to stay! It’s close to Bridgeport Mall, and plenty of great places to eat! The staff at the hotel are welcoming and courteous, and great to work with. The rooms are clean, And gorgeous.”

“This is my second time staying at this motel. Everything was great, check in went smoothly and quickly. The shower head is made for someone taller (I'm not that thin and felt like I had to run around in the shower to get wet) but otherwise the amenities were good for a motel. For some reason the road noise seemed really loud this time--might recommend bringing earplugs. Other than that, I'd definitely stay here again.”
