This thoughtfully designed two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo spans approximately 1,335 sq. ft. across two levels and sits on the second floor of the building, offering expansive unobstructed views of Spotts Beach and the Caribbean Sea. From the moment you step inside, the modern design, vaulted ceilings and open layout create a bright and inviting space where natural light and ocean views take center stage.
The main level features a comfortable living area and a fully equipped kitchen with a large island that seats four guests, perfect for casual breakfasts or evening drinks after a day in the sun. The living room opens directly onto a screened beachfront patio, allowing you to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean while staying comfortably shaded from the sun and breeze. The patio includes both lounge seating and an outdoor dining table, creating a relaxing space for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or meals with sweeping beach and ocean views.
Also on the main level is the guest bedroom, which features two double beds and a dedicated workspace with desk, making it ideal for families or guests working remotely during their stay. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower is located nearby.
