“My buddies and I stayed here for our annual golf trip this year. There was plenty of space and the unit was well kept. Bedrooms were great size and the living space was more than enough room. Excellent condo! We will stay again. ”

“There was a LOT of things that were broken and unclean. The grill literally had food still on it. The patio was full of flies and beer bottle caps, you can tell no one comes out to clean that. The downstairs was full of flies and mosquitoes we literally had to buy bug spray just to sit down stairs, and the dishes were still dirty. The king bed sheets were stained, the closet door was broken and is a safety hazard for small kids. The place needs a good deep cleaning but I’m sure they try to flip...

“For the money it’s an ok stay. Host was in contact before stay but not after. I had asked about coffee maker and was told drip but coffee maker missing filter holder. Thermostat in bedroom was low battery that we had to replace after telling host. The air did not work first night of stay. Furniture is worn and torn. There is no Murphy bed as listing states. There are 3 jets out in garden tub. The end. ”

“This was probably the best stay I’ve had in Myrtle Beach in 20 years!! Condo is in a convenient location, is super spacious, very clean & best of all had the most comfortable bed! Screened-in porch was an added bonus for someone like me who loves outdoors but is terrified of birds - it allowed me to actually relax! Speaking of relaxing, the tub in the master bathroom is the perfect size for a nice long bubble bath after a long day. We were there for a volleyball tournament & the condo is less...

“The building only has security working there, which we did not expect. We thought this would be like a typical hotel, but it is far from it. Everybody who was a guest there seemed incredibly confused as to where to go or what to do, and there was no pool in the building like we thought. There is also limited parking near the building, but additional parking is located across the street. Despite this, we were pleasantly surprised once we got the code to get into our room.
