“Susie at the front desk is wonderful! She always makes sure every guest is treated with the upmost respect, she is so accommodating & has amazing customer service! The rooms are clean w/ comfy beds and the property is well maintained! Location is right next to the grocery store and access to gas stations, the post office & the FREE county bus to downtown Idaho Springs is amazing!”

“The motel has been newly renovated and you can really feel the passion the hosts put into it. Everything was modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Check-in and check-out were super easy and comfortable. We felt very welcome and would definitely stay again!”

“Terrible!! Looking for a quiet peaceful place, not here!! With a shared toilet and shower down some creepy hallway I could literally hear someone taking a piss from my room not to mention someone's full conversation in the room next to mine. The lock on the door barely locked a swift kick would probably work better then the key. My stay lasted about 20 minutes, not a comfortable feeling at all.”

I recently stayed at the Lady Luck hotel and unfortunately, don't have a positive review.
The entire buildings AC was broken and it was incredibly hot in the room; even with the window open (4 inches) it was impossible to sleep.
Also, the elevators are horrible, and take an average time of 5-10 minutes! This place seemed to be operating in White Lotus survival mode honestly. I'd love for management to reach out and either refund my money or comp it. Sadly, nothing really sticks out as...
