“This was one of the worst motel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was extremely dirty — the floor looked like it had never been mopped, and the sink, furniture, toilet, and shower tub were all filthy. The bed sheets did not seem to have been changed before our stay. Even the clothes hangers were covered in dust. To make things worse, we found a cockroach in the room. We booked the room for 4 people for 2 nights, yet the motel only provided 2 towels in total, which was completely unacceptable...

“didn't like anything about the property. It took us 3 rooms until we finally got one that was acceptable. The first room was supposed to be handicapped but it wasn't and had a lot of mold on the bathroom wall. The sink in the second room didn't drain. All around the outside there was cracked cement, rust and unpainted surfaces. The so-called breakfast had apples that looked like they were from last fall. The only good thing was that the desk clerk, Dora, did her best to accommodate us.”

“Great place to stay! Very convenient for us to be able to dock our boat where we are staying. Just a short boat ride to Front st, too! Lovely place, ours had a patio with a nice view of the water. The host had excellent communication and was very accommodating. We will be back!”

The finishes in the cabins are gorgeous and the little backyard with a hot tub and string lights was awesome. The resident outdoor kitties were the highlight, though!”
