Enjoy a relaxed coastal stay just steps from the water at this beautifully maintained 3-bedroom, 2-bath home on Morrisons Beach Road, located just outside the town of Georgetown. Set on 1.7 acres of open, grassy lawn with views toward the Cardigan River, this property offers space, comfort, and easy access to one of PEI’s most scenic shorelines. The beach is only a 5-minute walk away, perfect for swimming, kayaking, beach walks, or simply enjoying the riverfront setting. Inside, the home is bright, welcoming, and fully furnished with a comfortable open-concept layout that brings together the living room, dining area, and full kitchen. The living room features a Smart TV, while the kitchen is well equipped with full-size appliances and an island with seating, making it easy to gather, cook, and relax together. A dedicated laundry room adds extra convenience for longer stays. The home comfortably sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed and a private full ensuite, offering a quiet retreat at the end of the day. The two additional bedrooms each include queen beds and share a second full bathroom, making the layout ideal for families or couples traveling together. Outdoor living is a standout feature of this property. There is a front deck as well as an expansive rear deck totalling approximately 1,200 square feet, complete with a gazebo, deck furniture, and a relaxing daybed.
