Perfect from start to finish, and I have never said that in all our travels. We always have "if only they had done this" conversations. We let the chef, Elias, have free reign. Paula was friendly and very accommodating. She made suggestions on what to see. The food at the restaurant was very good. Our room was a bit rustic although clean and the bed was comfortable. We stayed here two nights.
