“Our fridge was not working at all - Kris (front desk person) tried to be very helpful, but we ended up putting our stuff in the fridge with several bags of ice inside! The AM front desk person said it was probably turned down low but there was no way to turn it up inside or outside the fridge!”

The shower curtain was dirty. The toilet was dirty inside and out of the toilet was dirty the little hub where the sink was was dirty. The refrigerator did not get cold. The sheets had burned cigarette holes in them. Everything was just no.”

“Bathroom was filthy, refrigerator did not work and it stunk, room door was not a smooth open or shut, toilet paper had blood on it and there were no blankets on the bed, not heater nor a microwave.”
