“No, no supplies in the Kitchen. No spoons, bowls, pans. Nothing. I was told you had to purchase supplies. ”

“Upon arrival to the room, the floors appear unswept. There was hair on the floor from the previous guest, something that appeared to look like a toenail, and trash still on top of the shelf. Breakfast was really disappointing with only a couple options. Staff were friendly, but don’t recommend this hotel just based off how dirty our room was.”

“Let me first say the staff was AMAZING! A huge shoutout to Dez for always being pleasant and welcoming every time we came to and from the hotel. The hotel lobby was beautiful, clean, and very well kept. Unfortunately, our room (specifically Room 234) was very disappointing and should honestly not be reserved until repairs are completed. “The high corporation should not rent out rooms in this property. Wow it is undergoing such extensive in major renovation. The smell of fresh paint and the haze of dust everything made the stay untenable. The sound of the air conditioning fan was reminiscent of a jet aircraft landing. We seriously thought there was a plane or a big truck outside our window. And mentioning window, our view was some guys ankles on the scaffolding which in circled the entire building it was evident that they only...

“I stayed for two nights. The room was not cleaned, no new towels etc. The light bulb in the lamp controlled by the wall switch was burned out. There was no brochure listing local resturants and other ammenities that are usually found in motels. There was no in- room coffee maker and the iron was missing. There was no dresser to put clothes. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean and quiet.”

“The kitchen was fully equipped but the skillet was showing its age with scratches in the non-stick coating. Otherwise, eveything was good.”

“The property and room waa cleaned. I stayed in Room 110 and the bathroom had a very bad smell. I should of changed rooms. Front Desk said it would go away but it never did. I bought incense to mask the smell. Asked for extra pillows which I was given but no pillow cases. Water pressure of shower very low. AC didnt work well. To top it off someone opened the door at 1am. Luckily i.had the latch down or they would of gotten in the room. I reported this to the clerk at desk when i checked out....

“The staff was very accommodating, very friendly. I must say the shower was the best shower I have ever used in all my 50 years of traveling. I was a rep and went into a lot of hotels motels of the eastern seaboard. This shower was amazing. I'll go again.”
