“There were roaches in the room. One crawled across my face and they refused to refund, give a free or reduced night. They wouldn't do anything.”

“The breakfast was great. There were so many choices to choose from. I enjoyed the food. The staff were very helpful. Parking was good we had very good parking spaces to choose from. The room could have been cleaned better. There needs to be some extra cleaning behind the beds. They also need to spray. Overall the place was nice.”

“The a/c unit sweated and left water on the floor, but it wasn't a problem. Had room for me to walk the dog. Spoke with one lady who cleaned the rooms and she was very sweet. I took my broom and mop to keep our room clean and I even had my own towels and didn't use the ones provided.”

“It was really disturbing. People with loud music and talking, laughing and playing around really loud until midnight. I call the office around 11pm and nothing change.”
