“I paid Expedia in advance and had a receipt. On arrival I was told the booking was not paid in advance despite me showing them my receipt they insisted that I must pay them …. Again. They spent ages consulting paper file and then charged me to a credit card on file. Upon checking I do not recognise the card number. This took over 20 minutes at check in. Very poor given I had proof of payment. I have no idea if I’ve been charged twice. ”

“Das Hotel war gut erreichbar und hatte gute Anbindungen an die Innenstadt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im EG wo die Größe sehr gut war. Allerdings war die Dusche sehr dreckig (als hätte man diese nicht gewaschen) und aufgrund dessen das wir im EG waren konnte jeder Fremde durchs Fenster schauen, was die Privatsphäre etwas gehindert hat und man hat die laute Straßenbahn leider sehr stark im Zimmer gehört wodurch das Schlafen etwas schlechter war. ”
