“I should just have known to go right down Ritterstrasse, then it wouldn't even be necessary to ask at the reception. The underground parking lot is with charging for EV's (would have been nice to know). Check-in was fast despite landing on top of what seemed to be a Chinese youth orchestra. Really nice rooms with excellent beds and pillows (for my taste). Yes, there are trams outside, but barely noticeable, we all slept wonderfully. The kids missed pancakes at breakfast, but there was applause...

“A unique property with its own fascinating, and sometimes dark, history. The design of the building is strikingly elegant. For the first time, I enjoyed a hotel room with a ten-foot ceiling, casement windows and four-ply toilet paper (good for wiping or a rough draft of your memoirs. The staff was friendly and attentive. I was made to feel at home. P.S. Do not scrimp on the breakfast buffet.”

"Overall, it was a good experience. The location of the hotel is great, the city centre is only a 10-minute walk from the hotel. I also enjoyed my room, very spacious and comfortable. However, I would have appreciated more attention to detail. The room could have been cleaner and I had the feeling that the attention of the staff towards the customer was not high (the relationship was very impersonal). Also, the decor of the room and the common areas is very minimalist and impersonal."
