"Hotel in buona posizione. Il servizio mi ha deluso perchè con la scusa dell'ecososttenibilità mi hanno rifatto la camera un giorno si ed uno no. Ma io ho pagato tutti i giorni allo atesso modo! Gli asciugamani li ho dovuti richiedere 2 volte per averli. Alla reception non sono stati chiari per biente . Si sono dimenticati di specificare che la colazione,ha un costo differente se la prendi al check in rispetto all'acquisto giornaliero e non mi hanno dato indicazioni sul parcheggio gratuito fuori cercando di indirizzarmi verso il parcheggio di loro proprietà con un costo elevato"

"Overall, it was a good experience. The location of the hotel is great, the city centre is only a 10-minute walk from the hotel. I also enjoyed my room, very spacious and comfortable. However, I would have appreciated more attention to detail. The room could have been cleaner and I had the feeling that the attention of the staff towards the customer was not high (the relationship was very impersonal). Also, the decor of the room and the common areas is very minimalist and impersonal."
