“They didn't get my expedia reservations. They found a replacement. Unfortunately this was in a building that didn't seem finished. AC didn't work. It was beyond hot in the rooms. Staff was great, but these problems made a bad stay.”

“Location was very nice, the rooms were confortable and there was a warm atmosphere but the big problem was that we could comunicate with the staff just with Google translator as they didn't know a word of english! And that caused lot of misunderstandings.”

“The entire property was beautifully and thoughtfully built, a true hidden gem on the mountainside. The family cottage “tun” was well above and beyond what we expected with 3 bedrooms plus a lounge/loft area. The pool area was immaculate and we enjoyed the breathtaking views from there. “What a delightful hotel, nestled in the hills high above Ijevan, and close to mountain trails. We received a warm welcome and made to feel at home. A highlight was to try some local wines before dinner each day, sitting on the terrace looking across the valley. There was an extensive menu with many delicious dishes, freshly prepared for us. We enjoyed meeting our host Ani who speaks excellent English. She and Movses went above the call of duty give us a wonderful experience at Kanach Tun.”
