“We had a great stay at the Gettysburg. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The hotel was very clean, the staff were always visible cleaning and everyone greeted us in passing. The location is in the center of everything which made it easy to walk to most of the sites. The restaurants nearby were all very good. Very nice welcome from staff - we got there a bit late in afternoon or early evening after excessive traffic coming from Philadelphia - both rush hour and construction. “It was perfect for what we wanted it for, a trip with our grandson. When you booked this type of cabin you never know but this was great!”

“After signing an affidavit that I would not smoke in the hotel room I opened the door to a room smelling like marijuana smoke. My kids found blood on the shower wall and there was clearly mold on the grout. The breakfast was awful, the fried eggs were literally hard and the sausage was not edible. It was honestly the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I get it’s a comfort suites but come on, do better.”

“Other than being handed the wrong key while checking in and almost being locked out of the room for the evening, it was a lovely stay and the day staff were great. They really should have a back up service at night for incidentals like pipes bursting, power outages or when the ghost cat is on a tear.”
