Central location, in a village of world reputation and prestige thanks to the history of its great Burgundy wines, on the Dijon-Beaune axis on the road of the Grands Crus (14 Km south of Dijon, 26 Km north of Beaune.

The cottage "L'ANGEVIN" is located in a small quiet street, next to the vineyards, in the upper part of Gevrey-Chambertin. Settle into this cosy and functional 35m2 place with a bedroom (upstairs, access by stairs), typicity and elegance for your greatest comfort.
Enter the main room, bright, with exposed stones, French ceiling, with a rigorously neat and elegant presentation.
The sober integrated kitchen, with all the amenities: dishwasher, coffee machine, induction hob, refrigerator with freezer space... is open to the main living room with dining area. It is ideal for the preparation of good meals to allow a convivial stay. Access by 3 steps to the relaxation area, a small intimate living room, for your reading or TV break.
The bed is upstairs. The bedroom, in "anise green and white" colours, with sloping ceilings, is composed of a standard double bed of 140x190. The bathroom, on the same floor, is composed of a shower area with glass wall, a vanity unit and a towel radiator.

Travelers' access:
Free parking spaces available in the immediate vicinity of the Angevin (street and parking lot). Are you a sportsman, cyclist, hiker, motorcyclist... many trails in the area, as well as the Route des Grands Crus, will make you happy!!!
Just put your luggage down! The stewardship package includes cleaning and laundry management after your departure.

Specific clause (in the context of reasonable and responsible energy consumption):
A flat rate of 8 Kwh/day, or 56 Kwh/week, is included in the rental price. Beyond that, the supplement will be charged from the actual consumption (at the rate in force at the time of rental). The meter reading will be carried out, in the presence of the tenant, on arrival and departure. The tenant must pay the amount of this supplement at the time of departure, against receipt.
