Wohnung in Top Lage!

Die Wohnung befindet sich nahe des Stadtkerns. Hauptbahnhof mit der Tram innerhalb von 10 min zu erreichen. Top Infrastruktur mit Bioladen und Lebensmittelladen in unter 1 min fußläufig zu erreichen. Schönes, modernes Mobiliar! In der Wohnung mangelnde Sauberkeit (zum Beispiel Handtücher nicht sauber, Wasser aus Dusche läuft komplett aus). Ausblick auf baufälliges Haus und stark riechende Gullis. Lüften der Wohnung nur möglich über Öffnung der Haustür. Fehlender Ventilator.
