“Centralissimo, con tutti i servizi essenziali (oltre colazione a buffet, garage per auto moto e bici) e un validissimo riscaldamento invernale, camere luminose, bagno con vasca e senza bidet, garantisce ai suoi ospiti un ottimo punto di appoggio su Lienz anche per lo sci, avendo la fermata deil bus gratuito (comunale) a pochi metri. Così come a pochi passi si trovano tutti i negozi del centro e la stazione. Personale cortese e cordiale, così come gran parte della popolazione sempre disponibile...

“Personale molto disponibile, anche se solo il titolare parla inglese (tutto il resto del personale parla esclusivamente tedesco). Buono il rapporto qualità-prezzo anche della cena (a-la-carte). Piccolo inghippo al momento del check-out: tra le condizioni di hotels.com si descriveva la colazione come inclusa mentre all'hotel risultava solo pernottamento. Dato il malinteso il titolare, molto dispiaciuto, ci ha fatto pagare solo 3 colazioni anziché 4 e ci ha omaggiato di una merenda per i bambini....

“It pains me to write such a bad review because the staff at Tirolerhof is really kind and does his best to make your stay comfortable. Early check in, late check out were not the problem. Truth is: the hotel is old and need refurbishment (see pictures). Ventilation in the bathrooms is very loud and noisy. I booked a room with half board. Dinner was served in a over crowded restaurant with screaming infants and no hair conditioning. It was really HOT. Sweating waiters suffering from an...
