“Personale molto disponibile, anche se solo il titolare parla inglese (tutto il resto del personale parla esclusivamente tedesco). Buono il rapporto qualità-prezzo anche della cena (a-la-carte). Piccolo inghippo al momento del check-out: tra le condizioni di hotels.com si descriveva la colazione come inclusa mentre all'hotel risultava solo pernottamento. Dato il malinteso il titolare, molto dispiaciuto, ci ha fatto pagare solo 3 colazioni anziché 4 e ci ha omaggiato di una merenda per i bambini....

“Wir waren als Familie das erste mal in Österreich und haben mit dem Elements Resort die beste Wahl getroffen. Aber absolut mega gutes Hotel. Das Zimmer ( eher kleine Wohnung) einfach top von der Einrichtung. Der Stil ein Traum. In der Küche alles vorhanden was man braucht, von Geschirrspüler über Kaffeemaschine. Und das Highlight eine Saune am Bad dran. Die Mitarbeiter waren immer alle absolut freundlich. Das Frühstück besser geht es nicht. Der Pool auch absolut Top. Wir würden das Hotel immer...

“The building and atmosphere have a very strong culture-featured taste, the Mountain View is gorgeous and sitting at the balcony you can even hear the concert at the village center. The dinner is great, the wine (both red and white) worth tasting. My 2 year old son really enjoyed the transparent elevator ride. The stuff are nice and friendly. It’s a short drive to the glaciers area.”
