"Great place to stay, will definitely stay here again. My only 'niggle' was that there was no where to buy water on an evening. Two bottles are supplied in the room but not replaced. It would be helpful to have a vending machine in the building. Most shops and bars close to the hotel close around 11pm."

"Great location, 20 minutes from Old Town, 10 minutes from Universitate metro, but on a busy road so you may want to keep the windows shut. Fortunately there is efficient air conditioning (controlled by a remote). Clean, comfortable, with a small kitchenette (fridge, sink, microwave, kettle). I kept the blinds closed against the heat and the workmen outside, and then found the lighting a little dim. Brighter bulbs and/or a bedside light would be welcome."

"Our experience at the Metropole Apartments was just sublime from end to finish. They arranged us a private transfer from the airport and Nico the driver was very sweet and kind explaining us the city like an experienced tour guide. The apartment itself very modern, spacious and clean. We enjoyed the huge rain shower in the bathroom:) Cristi allowed us a later check-out free of charge. "A lovely spacious property but there were lacking a few things. 3 x 42" Tvs none of which were set up we managed to get two working but there were only about 3 working channels. The air con in the living room and bedroom did not work. Such a lovely big kitchen but no toaster or microwave. It could of done with having a few bits like salt and pepper."

"We were 3 , I , my wife and my daughter , all the things went on perfectly in this hotel. It is so close to metro , you can easily visit and sightsee the city via using metro. Room was perfect , it had kitchen to let us prepare our baby's meal easily , and also room has washing machine which we used a lot during our stay. "Sadly the management team was selectively unresponsive in modifying our reservation due to a sudden death in the family. The property was nice, and in a great location, but the Rembrandt front desk has very little authority over Windmill, which appears to be run by managers behind the curtain. I must say the hotels.com team was terrific in trying to help modify our reservation."

How do I get my money back. The address of the meeting and the address of the property are not at the same place. Misleading. I would like to get my money back. The place is humid, smell bad."
