“When we checked in the clerk was more interested in watching the soccer game then checking us in. The condition of the room was fair at best. It definitely needs to be upgraded. There was no breakfast to speak of unless you bought coffee or minions off the item. The TV in the room did not work and then we found out the next day that there was a little trick that you had to do to make the TV work, you don't know unless they would tell you at the desk. “The best way I could describe this experience without being too transparent is make this your very last option. The location of this hotel is not only dangerous but it is not appealing to the eye at all. I had no idea that it was in the middle of a number of dispensaries. When I returned back to the hotel from a conference, I literally watched four drug sales right in front of the hotel as I'm walking for my car. The later it got at night the worst the activity. “Room was dirty, parking lot was dirty with trash everywhere. Sheets had hair in them, they didn’t send housekeeping until it was requested several times. Keycards weren’t working. Sink and tub were clogged. Worst stay I’ve ever experienced.”

“Stayed here a few times before, this time it was obvious up keep maintenance was lacking, from the poorly operating and aesthetically un pleasing window blind, the cut in the fabric in the lounge chair in the room and a poorly created wall paper patch on the wall. The staff was excellent and the lobby and outside were well maintained”

“We had a lot of problems with the keys working and had to keep getting them replaced. Our room was not cleaned one day. We had problems getting confirmations for our stay. But the staff was very nice and helpful.”

“We had a wonderful stay this ek at the vine. Tim’s breakfasts were always good hearty and fresh, and they had firewood cut and ready clean pool, grounds and rooms cleaned every morning. If you’re planning a stay in Dundee or close proximity I highly recommend them!”

“You get what you pay for. If you choose a smoking room expect the blankets and sheets to smell and look like people have been smoking in there. Other than that it was a secure room with cable TV. My only issue was, Stayed 2 nights there was a frig/freezer but no microwave.”
