The wonderful Luxury Penthouse Sea View Located in the center of Giardini Naxos, San Giovanni area, is definitely an excellent choice for a holiday in Sicily. In addition to being a stone's throw from the beach and the seafront, it is in a truly strategic position and is surrounded by everything you could want and need, an infinite number of restaurants, beach resorts, bars-ice cream parlors, shops...
The splendid view of the bay of Naxos and Mount Etna is very suggestive. The colors of the sea, the sky and the light give the house its own charm.
From all the rooms of the penthouse there is a splendid view of the sea, and especially at sunset, guests can relax and enjoy the wonderful coastal landscape that surrounds the entire terrace. The apartment has been completely renovated, its modern and linear furnishings with LED lighting give it a unique charm, it is located about 95 meters from the beach and is equipped with all the necessary comforts to make our guests' stay as pleasant as possible. It can accommodate up to seven people.

The apartment consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, a single bedroom, a large living room with kitchen and relaxation area, 2 bathrooms and 1 laundry room with bathroom.

The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and large flat screen TVs, the penthouse is also equipped with a dryer, washing machine, classic oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, plate, kettle, hairdryer, washer dryer and everything you need for a comfortable stay without worries. During the summer season on the terrace a spa with massage, sea view is allocated, where you can relax and admire the wonderful boats that sail the sea.

It is very easy to reach by public transport.

A few meters from the property is the bus stop (50 meters), which connects it at all hours of the day with Catania airport and with many other destinations, such as Taormina, reachable in a quarter of an hour.

Even for those traveling by train, Sky blue Penthouse is in a strategic position, because it is located near the Taormina - Giardini train station.

It is also easy to reach for those traveling by car, as the town of Giardini Naxos is located along the A18 motorway. If you arrive at the property by car, please let us know when booking, and we will be happy to provide you with a free private parking space in the immediate vicinity.

In the current location of Giardini-Naxos, near Capo Schisò, in 734 BC some Chalcidian colonists founded what was considered for a long time the first Greek settlement in Sicily.
