Hotel vicino a Giardino delle Farfalle della Riserva Atitlan - Sololá

“This hotel is a small property operated and I presume owned by a family. Most of the guests are Spanish speaking as is the family. Although I do not speak Spanish I was able to communicate adequately with my limited Spanish and the staff/family limited English.

“The hotel is in a terrible shape. Our bedroom door was broken, the bathroom door did not close and its veneer was peeling off. Bathroom faucets were loose from the wall and the bathroom shower curtain was halfway down. The hotel does not have drinking water and when asked for it, the staff directed us to buy bottles at grocery store. There was a water cooler at the entrance. Handrails were not securely attached to the wall. The pool was dirty, pieces of small debris in the bottom and the color...

“The staff was great and everything was very clean. The hotel is near many restaurants and markets”
