Hotel vicino a Giardino delle rose di Zakir - Chandigarh

“Best property in Chd”

“I stayed in this hotel with my girlfriend, and we were impressed from the interiors of this hotel. We checked in at 10.00 am so we had to pay half day more because the normal timing of the hotel was at 02.00 pm. The check in was fast but with some small misbehavior from the staff, because one girl standing in the back of the reception and playing candy crush on her phone jumped in the front when she heard we are doing the early check in and she said (2-3 times )in very unfriendly and arrogant...

“Clean room, a little small, but ok, nice shower, very nice and helpfull staff, good food, nice roof top restaurant & bar. Market with nice shops (books, fine clothes & computer) and small restaurants nearby. Quiet and spacefull places under huge baniantrees with lots of birds & squirls...”

“It is a hotel for locals. Staff was nice ans room was fairly clear. ”

“no internet (WiFi), room was not clean. the toilets were horrible. the sheets and pillow covers were dirty. air conditioning did not work”

“Nice and clean place, helpful staff.”

“Hotel condition and cleanliness is really bad! Would not recommend ”

“Wifi ok. Location perfect. Shower very good. Bed comfortable. Breakfast is a joke however, 2 tiny eggs with a few toasts with ZERO thing on them, zero butter zero jam. I paid an extra 8cad for the breakfast but this was NOT worth AT ALL. Front staff is very helpful, ONLY the day staff. Night front staff very bad and trying to steal you (tried to charge me 1000inr for an airport ride, but I just walked outside to ISBT and a rickshaw asked me 500 for the same ride), very unacceptable. Can be a...

“At midnight when we reach the Hotel, the Hotel denied us to give the room stating all rooms are full, they moved us to another Hotel which was more terrible after a wait of more than hour, we finally got checked in around 2AM in the night with family, this was most horrible experience”

“The location is convenient, but the property looks nothing like it does in the pictures. The wifi did not work. There were no towels in the room and the shower didn't work quite right. The staff was helpful, though. ”

“I had a disappointing experience at the hotel during my recent stay. Despite my Expedia confirmation clearly stating that breakfast was included, the front desk informed me otherwise and I was forced to pay extra. The room itself was far from clean—there were visible stains on the sheets and curtains, and the towels provided looked used and unwashed. The walls had noticeable dirt marks, adding to the overall feeling of neglect. This was not the quality I expected, especially given what was...

“I arrived after traveling for over 6 hours to check in, and after letting my taxi leave, the hotel employee that watched me arrive told me I could not stay there. He said they did not have the appropriate paperwork (C form) for international check in, so I should cancel the room with my booking agent. This was not what I expected, and I was supposed to meet friends and have dinner shortly, but instead, I had to cancel the room, find another hotel and a taxi, all while the hotel staff hid in the...

“The pillow was little bit mold, and maybe they didn’t clean up the bathroom. The worst thing is that I don’t know why added a extra fee after leave hotel.”
