Hotel vicino a Giardino di Merab Kostava - Borjomi

“Hotel ben curato, posizione perfetta, SPA e piscina molto curata. Assolutamente raccomandato.

“Very disappointing restaurant service: - staff do not speak English at all, do not speak even Russian in Georgian restaurant 6th floor - completely unfriendly service - low quality of Georgian food did not expect - 3rd time in the hotel, the lam is in the menu and never available - staff have not idea about wine and qualification of wines Sad story, dear management. Especially, for such a wonderful hotel, as you have. Hope that one day, you will explain to your staff one important thing:...

“It is a uniqly designed property that looks like a palace. Stuff is attentive and helpfull. Wonderful buffet breakfast serving international and local dishes. Property has a beauty spa and a full medical center. It also has it's own mineral spring with drining mineral water.”

“An amazing hotel nestled right in the forest! It’s super convenient—just 10 minutes from Borjomi by taxi, or you can take the cable car. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the room was spotless.”

“Clean room and pretty property. Off season so maybe that is why they did not have heat. No coffee in room. Breakfast was ok. Too far away from everything. The other properties I stayed at in Georgia have been much better. ”

“STAY AWAY... It is just a house run by a women. They have no services what so ever. They don't even clean your villa. I had to request so many times to have my villa cleaned and they sent someone who did a very basic job without putting any toiliteries or towels. Linens were never changed and I stayed there for 5 nights. By the way, staff is also very grumpy. my advise is that choose a different property if you want your holiday to be enjoyable.”
