**Among Lemon Trees, Between the Sea and Mount Etna**

Our apartment is in the countryside near Giarre, surrounded by lemon trees and a few other fruit trees. We live on the property and will be happy to welcome you and share a few suggestions about the area.

- A lemon grove cared for without pesticides, with seasonal fruit you are welcome to pick.
- Train station approximately 500 metres away.
- Supermarkets, local food shops and cafés nearby.
- Beaches around 10–20 minutes away by car.
- Taormina around 30 minutes away and Catania Airport around 40 minutes away by car.
- A rental car is recommended. The driveway beyond the gate is unpaved.

**A little about the place**

Once you pass through the gate, the unpaved driveway takes you through the lemon grove to the house. You can have breakfast on the terrace, head out for the day and spend some time outdoors when you return.

Occasionally, you might spot a hare hopping between the trees or hear the calls of night birds in the evening. These are small parts of life here that we enjoy sharing with our guests.

We care for the grove without using pesticides. Alongside the lemons, there are other fruit trees, and you are welcome to pick and enjoy ripe fruit. What is available depends on the season; if you are unsure what is ready to pick, just ask us.

**Your own space**

The apartment accommodates two guests and has its own private indoor space, a kitchen and a terrace. Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating are available. There is no washing machine in this apartment.

The property includes three independent apartments within the same grounds. Other guests may be staying here too, and we also live on the property.

**Getting around**

The train station is approximately 500 metres away and can be useful for some journeys. We recommend renting a car if you would like to explore Mount Etna, visit smaller towns or choose different beaches along the coast. There is plenty of free parking on the property.

Nearby, you will find supermarkets, shops selling local produce and cafés where you can stop for breakfast. The beaches are around 10–20 minutes away by car, depending on which one you choose.

Taormina is approximately a 30-minute drive, and Catania Airport is around 40 minutes away. Travel times depend on traffic.

We speak Italian, English and Russian. If you need something or would like suggestions for places to visit or somewhere to eat, we will be happy to help.

Pets are not allowed.
