“Our goal was to stay close to the Capilano Bridge and Grouse Mountain and visit a friend in the area. This location was perfect for it. The unit is modern, well furnished and in a very quiet street. Hosts were welcoming and communication was solid. It is a nice unit for a couple. The description of the unit was accurate. I highly recommend this property. We stayed for two nights and would stay there again. ”

“Lovely property with great views, very clean. The views of the water are fabulous and we were greeted with very tasty scones and jam and a bottle of lemonade. We left something behind at the property and Bev was great giving us alternatives to get our items if we couldn’t get back in time to catch the next ferry. Very helpful and a lot of local knowledge. Thanks Bev we really enjoyed our stay”

“Basement apartment is a perfect place to stay while enjoying all the city has to offer. It is close to UBC and relatively close to the Kitsilano Beach area. “We were greeted by Lorraine and Casey, plus three of their adorable pups in the front yard, then shown around the property. It is quaint, private and homey. We loved the hot tub and the bed was cozy, if a little difficult to get out of in the night due to the small alcove it sits in! We spent two peaceful nights at the suite and recommend it. Thank you for the hospitality ”

“Perfect for our family of 7. Very clean. Kitchen well equipped. Safe feeling area and several restaurants in walking distance. Bedding was very comfortable and the house has lovely character. There was a lack of sofa chairs in the unit which would have added to the comfort, but the dining space was lovely. Thank you!”

“Spacious basement/ground level suite. The suite was clean and worked perfectly for our family vacation. We did not cook in the suite except for breakfast items. Laundry facilities were wonderful to have after a week of camping prior to our stay in Vancouver. The house was situated in a quiet, safe neighbourhood. The hosts were also responsive and checked in with us to make sure everything was as we expected after our arrival. A great VRBO experience - would definitely recommend.”
