Vista in prima fila su Hales Passage, Fox Island, Tacoma e Point Fosdick da questa casa di 2 piani. A soli 12 minuti da Tacoma Narrows Bridge, questa meravigliosa casa è completamente nuova e aggiornata. È il luogo perfetto per la tua visita nel nord-ovest del Pacifico. Situato proprio sulla spiaggia, ti sentirai completamente separato dal mondo.

Il livello inferiore può ospitare 4. 1 letto matrimoniale e 2 nicchie a castello singole nella stessa area e possono essere chiuse da cucina, area salotto, TV e bagno con un'enorme porta scorrevole per la privacy. Romantico per 2-può ospitare 4.

Il livello superiore offre piano in granito, mini frigorifero / congelatore, macinacaffè, forno a microonde, cottura a induzione e tutti gli utensili. Posti a sedere da tavolo 4. 2 grandi porte scorrevoli per fienile chiudono l'angolo cottura, bagno / doccia dai letti. Grande TV a schermo piatto con cavo.

Livello inferiore offre, frigorifero full size, fornello a gas / forno, macchina per il caffè, forno a microonde con bar posti a sedere per 4 al piano di lavoro in granito e grandi aree salotto.

Due enormi porte scorrevoli si aprono su un balcone molto speciale e un enorme ponte sull'acqua, dove puoi sederti e goderti un pasto o semplicemente guardare l'alba o il tramonto. Il grande ponte inferiore fa sedere le persone sull'acqua.


La natura al suo meglio. Negli ultimi 4 mesi abbiamo avuto cervi, aquile calve, lontre, focene, foche, balene, pesci e molte specie di uccelli e anatre ... persino un orso. Goditi la raccolta di deliziose bacche nere durante la stagione.

Rilassati in questo ritiro privato. Ammira i panorami e i suoni della natura o guarda un film Netflix gratuito. WIFI gratuito fornito.

Molti ristoranti, negozi, teatri, alimentari, escursioni ed esplorazioni davvero fantastici sono a soli 10 minuti a Uptown o nel centro storico di Gig Harbor. I musei e le attrazioni di Tacoma sono 15-20 minuti, SeaTac è di circa 40 minuti e Seattle è di 60 minuti.

Hai un ingresso privato alla spiaggia magica. Caricato con dollari di sabbia, conchiglie, rocce e tranquillità, puoi goderti un fuoco sulla spiaggia per smores e hot dog. (In attesa della marea e restrizioni stagionali). I fuochi d'artificio del 4 luglio dal tuo balcone sono tra i migliori da vedere, davvero incredibili.

Quando la marea è fuori, puoi camminare per un miglio sulla spiaggia, esplorando i luoghi e i suoni della natura. Kayak gratuiti (2) e canoa (giubbotti di salvataggio forniti e richiesti) sono qui per il tuo divertimento (se disponibili).

Questo sito storico sul lungomare era una volta un punto di sosta per il Steamer Arcadia, che prendeva prodotti locali freschi e passeggeri (compresi gli studenti per la storica High School dello stadio) per navigare intorno al Puget Sound.

Questa proprietà è davvero bellissima sul lungomare al suo meglio! Non abbiamo risparmiato alcuna spesa per rendere questo il luogo perfetto dove stare durante la tua fuga. We celebrated my husband's birthday here and it was the perfect spot. The location overlooking the water is mesmerizing and the house is even nicer than the photos portray. It's an extremely quiet place on the beach, which is exactly what we wanted. We spent a lot of time just marveling at the view and relaxing. We love the town of Gig Harbor and hadn't been for several years. We enjoyed walking around and basking in the beauty. Annie's the perfect host. Communication was excellent prior and during our stay. She even took the time to alert us ahead of time that an extremely low tide was expected during our stay that would enable us to experience sea life that is typically always underwater so that we could adjust our schedule if we were interested in exploring. She also provided restaurant and hiking recommendations at our request. We recommend this property highly and hope to spend more time there in the future.

I very much enjoyed my stay. The location is an easy drive from the main part of Gig Harbor and the area is stunningly beautiful. The house sits directly on the water with nothing obstructing the view. I slept in the upstairs bed and it was very comfortable. I enjoyed waking up and looking out on the water and watching the wildlife… I miss that part already! The owner is wonderful and was super easy to work with before and during the trip.

This is a beautiful location. We saw all kinds of marine animals during our stay. Close to plenty of stores, restaurants and activities. The sunsets and sunrises were stunning. I highly recommend staying here!!

House was very clean, great location on the water, very close to town for convenient driving , beds were comfortable, would suggest adding a dishwasher. Dishes were not as clean as they should be. Not very relaxing to handwash dishes. dishes.

This is the third time we have stayed here and it was just as good as we remembered. Property is well stocked with everything needed for a relaxing vacation. So close to the water that at high tide it's like you are on a boat. Lots of wild life sightings including a family of seals we saw each day. Only a short drive to downtown Gig Harbor.

Great views of the water throughout the property. Easy checkin. Great proximity to multiple locations - we visited Gig Harbor, Tacoma, Seattle and Olympia. It was unseasonably warm two days which made the upstairs too warm to hang out or sleep but the downstairs was comfortable with windows open and fans.

This is an amazing rental. The owner was incredibly helpful, showed my kids different types of sea life, gave us tips on the area and even called me when there were whales in the area. The house had a great layout and everything we needed. One of the previous reviews had mentioned a concern about no washer/dryer access but there is one. Just ask. They have a designated one for the unit. We are definitely going to stay here again. Thanks again Annie

The Captain’s House hosted by Annie and her husband was a 10/10— they thought of everything down to a guide to the rocks & shells on the beach. The view was epic from each window, and we enjoyed greetings from a seal everyday off our deck— who the kids named, of course. The Captain’s House served as a great jumping off point for visiting Olympic NP, Mount Ranier, & Colombia River Gorge + The Fruit Loop. Our days not out seeing sights were VERY peaceful & filled with canoeing, doing puzzles, & exploring the squirting geoducks, crabs, & starfish on the shore. Could not have been more pleased!! Thank you for hosting us!!

Perfect place to celebrate our Anniversary. Captains House did not disappoint! The views from every room are breathtakingly stunning. The views from the bedroom upstairs at night gave off a Sleepless in Seattle vibe (beyond romantic). Ann is a wonderful host, answering every inquiry quickly and thoroughly. The rental is luxury living with comfortable beds and linens and a kitchen equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed the kayaks provided. There was a harbor seal that likes to hang out in front of the house. The 4th of July fireworks are unlike any I’ve ever seen, magical on the water. Thank you, Dave and Ann! It was a real treat!

This house does not disappoint. It has all the amenities and with the most breathtaking views. Sitting on the deck, relaxing and watching the marine life was top on our list. We saw seals and porpoises multiple times. The owner was so easy to communicate with and the whole process was very smooth. We cannot say enough about how wonderful this house was for our vacation.

The Captain’s House was absolutely beautiful, the location is nice, views are amazing, and the home is decorated and stocked with comfort in mind! The parking is just a tad tricky but it wasn’t the worst we have ever experienced. The home is stocked well and we had everything we needed, plus more. The beds are comfortable, plenty of linens available, and we really enjoyed the views and access to the beach. We would recommend this home to anyone who is in search of a relaxing trip to this area as it is within driving distance to Seattle and surrounding areas.

Chaptain's House was the place to stay After a beautiful drive, we found the Place that was called our home The water just outside the door All we saw was Incredible Nature Happily we saw Other animals than at home Unbelievable we could even see Seals, sea star, crabs and sand dollars Eagles, humming birds and much more We can tell about our experience to be there with our children, but I would say, come and stay and see it for yourself. You won't be disappointed! Thanks Annie for sharing this beautiful place with us.

Great beautiful property as described. We saw seals,sea lions, otters, and ducks. Owner very nice and responsive to any needs. Stayed a week and had a great time exploring the area. Gig Harbor is a nice area. We drove to Vancouver for the day and also to Cape Flattery/Forks/Port Angeles area. Would stay again!! Thanks Annie!
