Friendly, helpful night time staff. Pet friendly, comfy beds. Convenient location with parking close to rooms. Felt safe & secure- ie No weirdos hanging aroung the property. Breakfast sucked though, morning shift did not restock the pitiful selection or tidy up the food counter at all.

The room was very basic but had a microwave and refrigerator The room had a dank basement smell. It had been recently painted but missed some repair work in the bathroom before painting it. The bed was fairly firm. There was ample places to plug in electronics. The room was noisy because of poor quality windows and it was next to a busy highway and railroad tracks. The so called breakfast was nothing more than coffee, and small sweet rolls. The was OJ and a small fuit bowl,if it was stocked. It is a very basic place to stay.

This is a nice, affordable respite from a long drive. It’s clean and affordable as well as quiet and seems safe for the one night we stayed here. I like how big the shower area is as well as the water pressure, how fast the water heats up and the different shower settings. There’s easy to use direct tv, fridge and microwave as well as a coffee machine for two. The bed is comfortable and I appreciate that there are outlets on both sides of the bed! AC works good.

This is far from a new motel, and could use a little TLC just here & the on the outside, but on the inside, with the recent renovation, it's very clean, bright, modern, and comfortable. Very good value.

Great stay outside of phoenix
I liked this property so much that i came back a second time. I work in Phoenix and new to that area, so right now me and my family stay in hotels till we find a place. 2nd time around, the front desk man was again, nice. Area was very quiet. We got one of the rooms that was not new/renovated, yet it was still a comfortable stay. The tub did have a little bit of mold but nothing alarming, im assuming its a very old building.Ran out of gas and got stranded in the middle of no where trying to get back to the hotel and bc i got back past 11am, the day of check out, the front desk was very patient and very kind and allowed us extra time to pack up and leave. I think i got on his nerves yet he was still a very patient and nice man lol. If you dont mind driving an hour out, this a nice affordable place to stay outside of phoenix.

Clean, but not good for toddlers until they fix it
Clean and newly renovated, the town itself is a little uncomfortable and feels unsafe. The biggest thing is to avoid this place if you have a toddler that can open handle doors. I've never seen a room without the latch at the top. My 14 month old had no problem opening to door and running into the parking lot. It was terrifying.

Couldn’t check in. Car broke down in Chevron 4 miles away, no Uber Lyft or public rides available. Called hotel for some help explaining situation they said just walk straight - which I tried in 112 heat, was close to getting a heat stroke half way. Luckily ran into a BestWestern and the lady was very helpful
