“The property welcomes pets. The staff is very friendly. The lodge is about 10 minutes from Silver City. The Buckhorn Restaurant is nearby and quite good. The lodge rooms are dark and need attention but it sits in the woods and that makes it peaceful. ”

“The property is in need of a pretty serious overhall. My first room had an active roof leak on the bed. Staff immediately transferred me to another room. The bed and accessories in the room were good, but the walls had peeling paint and the shower/bathtub had plastic coming off of the floor.”

“Floor was falling through in bathroom. Tub was dirty and did not trust the floor was going to fall through. Felt very unsafe staying here and the building says it’s being remodeled but should be condemned. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever seen and if I could have gotten my refund I would have stayed somewhere else. ”

“Rooms need some TLC, especially the bathrooms. Toilet needs to be replaced. Shower doesn’t drain properly (likely a plumbing issue with tub drain). Also, the windows have basic blinds but they do not have curtains.”

“Clean but old. My bed was really comfortable. However, I could hear very loud noises in my walls from the plumbing and water rushing through the pipes. It kept me up at first but eventually stopped. Breakfast was an absolute joke! They waffle but no way to flip the or get the off the grill. There was no syrup. They had awful bread for toast and no butter. The coffee taste burnt and there was barely any creamer (only a couple pods). Compared to other hotels in the same brand line they...
