Grande casa vacanza w / splendida vista sul lungomare e guest house separata per 12 persone

Summerhouse sulla spiaggia di Nakkehoved vicino a Gilleleje con vista panoramica sul mare di Øresund. Questa bella casa è stata progettata negli anni '30 da un architetto ispirato all'Art Déco ed è stata recentemente modernizzata, rinnovata ed ampliata.

Massimo 12 ospiti in totale. Dormire flessibile (10 letti nella casa principale, 4 letti nella dependance)

La casa principale ha una grande terrazza con vista sul mare con un grande tavolo da giardino in teak e 12 sedie - oltre a un secondo tavolo da pranzo all'aperto più piccolo sull'altro lato della casa.
Un sacco di posti a sedere all'aperto tra cui 6 sedie a sdraio e un grande sedile altalena.
C'è una cucina / camera familiare molto spaziosa con grandi porte a soffietto sul mare. La cucina è molto moderna con piano cottura a induzione, lavastoviglie doppia e macchina da caffè Nespresso. Oltre a una TV LCD e un sistema musicale nel salotto principale, c'è una sala giochi separata con un'altra TV per bambini e un pianoforte nella hall. È riscaldato centralmente con riscaldamento a pavimento in tutto. C'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice nel seminterrato.

La dependance separata per gli ospiti è composta da 2 camere matrimoniali e un soggiorno / cucina e bagno con doccia e ha anche una terrazza con 4 sedie e un tavolino.

C'è un giardino molto grande con campo da calcio, ping pong, barbecue a gas.

Utilizzo di biciclette per adulti e bambini previo accordo.

Un sacco di parcheggio per gli ospiti.

La proprietà è disponibile per l'affitto entro la settimana (soggiorno minimo 7 notti) - il giorno del passaggio all'euro è sabato.

La proprietà è stata utilizzata per soggiorni fuori sede dell'azienda e per affitti vacanze.

La zona è bellissima tutto l'anno con ampie opportunità per passeggiare e andare in bicicletta attraverso la campagna e lungo le piste ciclabili della spiaggia. E a tutti i nostri ospiti piace semplicemente sedersi sugli ampi divani e godersi la fantastica vista sul mare e sulla Svezia che cambia di ora in ora.

House with a view

We had a good cozy family Christmas/ New Year holiday There was room enough for everyone and a well equipped kitchen The only problem was the heat system that failed But we got help from Jens, friend of Anita’s family, who fixed the problem. The view is amazing from the house and beautiful nature around Gilleleje and Hornbæk are beautiful cozy towns worth visiting

Generous Special Place

We were a big group of 12 with 6 kids and the space that accommodated us with ease. A big open kitchen that flows into the living areas, as well as watch the kids play in the green areas of the house facing the sea. Anita was always within reach and incredibly helpful. Thank you!!

Fantastisk smukt hus med unik beliggenhed og udsigt til havet

En feriebolig udover det sædvanlige. Udsigten til havet indefra huset og fra den smukke træterrasse og haven er vidunderlig. Selv på en gråvejrsdag er det en fornøjelse at sidde i det smagfulde hjem og nyde udsigten. Alle rum i det store hus er indbydende med højt til loftet. Dejlige soveværelser og badeværelser. Stuen, køkkenet og spisestuen er det naturlige samlingspunkt for store familier eller venner. En virkelig skøn bolig, som man føler sig hjemme i med det samme. Vi håber at komme igen en anden gang.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus

Amazing views, perfect location and layout!!

Our family of 12 people ranging from 2 to 72 stayed for a week at the end of the summer. We had amazing weather and had litterally one of the best vacations of our lives. Anita is very responsive and helpful . The house is perfect and the layout of the main house and the guest cottage were just what we needed. The kitchen is very well equipped. There is plenty of room for kids to play in the yard although there is a slight drop of as the home is slightly elevated from the ocean. The very best things about this house are the beautiful interior design as well as the gorgeous views. We loved sitting outside with a glass of wine and Staring at the ocean. The views of the ocean and Sweden in the distance are panoramic! The regular sailboats in the distance dont hurt either:). The town of Gilleleje is a cycle ride away where the shops and beaches and bakeries and restaurants are so quaint. We would recommend this property to anyone and would love to go back!

Amazing 5-star Danish Summer Experience

We searched for a high-end functional and fabulous place for 4 kids, 4 parents and 4 grandparents, and we couldn't have found a more wonderful spot than Solkrogen. A truly charming Danish summer home with the most spectacular sea-view and large versatile grounds. Everything oozed modern, practical design and we cooked at home every night (thoroughly enjoying the 2 dishwashers). It's a real home, so we found everything we needed and more - lovely bikes for most of the family, toys, games, garden games, books, beach towels. Our team took turns on the piano and the ping-pong table, the kids roamed up and down between the garden and the football pitch, and they had a movie afternoon when the rain descended. We all had a fabulous time, rain or shine. 4 bedrooms in the house and 2 in the modern annex meant the grandparents could rest undisturbed. And the friendly locals helped us find the best blackberry patches and swimming spots. Easy drive or off-road bike ride to lovely towns, where we sourced copious amounts of delicious fresh and smoked fish. All in all this is a perfectly versatile and delightful property that feels more like a home than a rental property - managed by a very responsive owner. Highly recommended for big families!!

Relaxing Summer Holiday

We had a lovely time staying in this beautiful home by the water. It was the perfect base to relax with family and explore the local area that had a lot to offer for our young family members (age 3 and 5) as well as the older ones - great food, local beaches, castles and Louisiana (as always a highlight). Copenhagen also within reach for a day out (only an hour each way in the car). The owners were very helpful with recommendations for our stay and looked after us during our stay. It truely was a dream holiday in a stunning family home with everything you need to make yourself feel at home. We didn't want to leave! We hope to be back one day!

A great summer vacation in a beautiful house!

In this oasis of peace and nature we enjoyed our holiday in Gilleleje with the whole family. This house was amazing. So light and spacious, beautifully designed and nicely decorate. The kitchen and bathrooms were great. The bedrooms were spacious and perfect. Lots of toys and animation films for the children. Even a swing and a climbing rack in the garden. We also used the annex which was great. Cozy and spacious. The house has a great terrace on which you can enjoy the sea. The view is awesome. There were quite a lot of walking paths around the house, giving you access to the beach and bits of forest and you could even have a very nice walk all the way to Gilleleje! We had a great summer vacation. This house offers every opportunity to relax and unwind in beautiful surroundings. We wish this house was ours!

This is a beautiful place to stay. Our family loved it.

This is the most wonderful place to stay. We have looked for a long time to find this exquisite house. Both the house and the annex are great. When entering the house you're immediately greeted with the sweeping views of a modern house and Øresund. The house is very cozy and still modern. It's well equipped with everything you might need. We're looking forward to renting it again next time we're in Denmark. Anita is so nice and gets back to you immediately when you have questions.

An amazing getaway

Quiet, incredible views, walk to town through a beautiful seaside path, charming fishing village with good restaurants. The house is clean, well maintained, including the guesthouse. Plenty of fun things to do in the house and on-property to keep small children busy. Just a few steps from the beach. It was perfect for our family reunion. What an incredible place!! I hope we come back someday.

Like living in a Danish fairy tale...

There really aren't words to describe this place, but I'll give it a try anyways: The setting of this house, situated on a hill above the sea, is something out of a fairy tale. Situated directly adjacent to several miles of seaside forest trails, countryside bicycling paths, and a small fishing village with a classic harbor, it was an amazing experience. The house itself is clean, modern and elegant, recently renovated. Quite possibly the best view in Denmark, the back porch directly overlooks the sea, where fishing boats, leisure boats, and cruise liners pass slowly all throughout the day. Close enough to Copenhagen and Helsingør for fun day trips by car or train, and only minutes to the quaint town of Gilleleje with its restaurants and shops- it's a perfectly located place to stay when visiting Denmark. The house and its guest house easily accommodated our party of several families, including kids, complete with a well stocked children's playroom and several areas for lounging around and visiting. The piano even got some use! The owner was kind and helpful throughout the entire process, immediately responsive via email when we had questions, and quick to offer suggestions on how to get the most out of our stay. We will be back to this home in the near future, without question.

Another fabulous holiday!

Our second stay in this wonderful home which was just as good if not better than our first! Delightful setting, so relaxing but with lots of things to do from shell picking on the beach to football in the garden, riding the bicycles or just watching the water from any number of amazing vistas on the property with a glass of wine. Superbly presented waterfront home

The property really is as good as, if not better than, its on-line description and photos. It was beautifully presented and well-maintained, but still a family home that felt welcoming. The owner provided excellent customer service. Good location for exploring the 'Danish Riviera' and the nearby village was a delight with its restaurants, harbour fish cafes and shops. Highly recommended.

Very special property with a very special view

The house is truly set in an idyllic and secluded spot with a most unique and breathtaking view. The house is large, airy and open-planned and works well with large families - games room is an additional bonus for the kiddies. Rooms are plainly decorated and there are enough beds, chairs, cutlery and glassware for 10+ people. Additional notes: I would recommend hiring a car as there isn't anything within walking distance - it is very much a secluded residential spot but that suited us perfectly! Final notes: The listing and layout were accurately described. The property was well cleaned and maintained. Anita was always prompt with her messaging. I would almost definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative.

Wonderful!

This place is just wonderful! A beautiful house with a stunning view, large, well equipped, clean and delicate. We also really enjoyed the big garden and the beach. We were three families, and we spent a week. We all felt sad to leave - we would really like to spend more days here. Our children (aged 4 - 7) loved it. Both Gilleleje and Hornbook are really nice places to visit. Beautiful paths for running and biking. Highly recommended!

it was a special occasion for my wife and I to get a holiday with our five grown up children so we researched widely and found this property. We had a fantastic and memorable time,the property is in an outstanding position with views across the straits to Sweden and the gardens are delightful. The property itself is extremely well appointed and has a homely and luxurious atmosphere. Great rental you won`t be disappointed.....

We loved this place. I do not know what else to write;). Everything was just us Anita discribed it on this website or even better. Unfortunately we had not so much time to enjoy the great property, because of the preparation of our wedding in Denmark. The house is very well furnished and clean. It was great sitting on terrace with a glas of wine and observing the ship traffic:). It was always very easy to contact Anita, all our questions were answered very quick. Stunning Home/Location & Wonderful Homeowners

We enjoyed our travels throughout Denmark, but it is our stay in this beach house that made our trip special. The location offers privacy, truly stunning views of the sea and Sweden, and is steps away from the water. Even on rainy days our three children still wanted to play outside in the wooded area and on the swings. The home is modern, open, comfortable, and generously appointed. You can tell the house was built with love and is a special retreat for the owners. Some of the small details our family appreciated: sunny kitchen, two dishwashers to help with big family meals, spa quality outdoor lounge chairs, warm lighting throughout the house for reading and games, generous amount of closets and drawers space, etc. The homeowners were responsive and easy to correspond with.

A beautiful summerhouse

The description was very accurate, in fact it was better in real life. Stunning view, well equipped, modern furniture, very good beds. Very well suited for two families, even three if one rent the anex as well. The owner provided excellent customer service. This house is highly recommended.
