He even tried to get us a better room than we had booked but was unsuccessful because the hotel was fully booked. The effort was above and beyond what I have ever experienced. “We came from Michigan for a concert and the staff were so friendly and helpful! We had a small issue one day getting back into our room because the key scanner thing needed new batteries but they fixed it promptly! The rooms were super clean, beds were comfy, shower was hot, breakfast was great both days. If we’re ever back in Greensboro we will be staying here again!”
