“Hotel rinnovato .... male! Le camere sembrano belle ma in realtà sono state semplicemente rinfrescate. Le pareti sono molto sottili e anche muoversi fa vibrare tutto. In corridoio cadono calcinacci dal soffitto.... abbiamo chiamato la persona che era in reception che è salito con noi a verificare. Ha rilevato la cosa ma non ha fatto assolutamente nulla. Sinceramente non abbiamo dormito sonni tranquilli per la paura che potesse crollare qualcosa... oltretutto la pulizia lascia molto a desiderare....

“I thought I was getting free breakfast as that’s what it states on here, however they don’t offer free breakfast. So if you try to bundle a save when traveling with your family this is not it. When i asked about it the lady was so rude and told me to take it up with Expedia.”
