“The moquette haven't a good smell”

“The shower and bathroom were not cleaned prior to our arrival. The staff took care of it after I called and let them know unfortunately after I was in the shower. Housekeeping came right away to clean the whole room.”

“Beautiful property on the lake. We had a large king room with balcony over the lake, just wonderful. Loved the Adirondack chairs on the lakefront. Great area, Weirs beach down the road was great. Restaurants within walking distance. The lake is spectacular. We’ll be coming back in the future.”

“Had to flush the toilet at least 3 times before it emptied, continuous running. The 2 chairs in the room were extremely old and had no cushion to say, very uncomfortable. No elevator on our side of the building, only on the side that had suites. The crew could not keep up with keeping enough breakfast items out as they consistently looked out of items that were in the cupboards below. The pillows were terrible.
