“Joe is a kind and patient host. The grounds look like they would be a lot of fun for a family event. The 1B1B cabin is absolutely lovely. Maybe a clothes hanger bar in the bathroom (under the cabinet) would be helpful? The 2B1B needs improvement and minor repairs.
